After I washed my hair, I had heat damage! When I messaged her about it, she basically told me that there's no way she could have done it because she limits herself to TWO passes and that previous heat usage will cause that. Which is a lie. I watched her press the hair shaping my face multiple times to get it to lay how she wanted and I NEVER use heat on my own hair. I go to a professional about twice a year to have it straightened. I had to cut about three/four inches of my hair in the front and now I'm set way back. Incredibly disappointed in my last service and I will not be returning. Not everyone can work it right, but this is the place! Sandra is a wonderful stylist who knows how to do a blow out leaving the hair silky smooth. I got all the works - wash, cut, color, and style, and it was still more affordable than the fancy salons I've been trying that don't leave my hair feeling healthy and bouncy the way Sandra did.
