When I finally asked for help faxing a legal document, the fax machine/copier wasn't working because the feeder was broken. I then decided to just mail my documents instead, but I needed certified mail, which requires a postage meter not stamps. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough postage loaded on the meter, so I was told I'd have to use stamps, which doesn't work for certified mail. Overall, a frustrating experience.
