Poor service. Employee was walking in and out of the counter pretending to be busy. She was out there just touching the shelfs for nothing.

The store is very clean and organized. When walking in I was greeted by Julie. She was very pleasant, answered my questions, and was very professional. She has knowledge and how to better assist me. I love to come in and feel appreciated and that's what makes delivering customer service naturally and Julie definitely delivered. This is my first time here. Terrible customer service. I called and made an appointment to have some documents notarized. My first clue should have been how difficult it was to make the appointment. When I arrived, the woman who is the notary came out and took my documents, she then became visibly upset and started talking to me like I was a 5 year old that the Secretary of State doesn't allow her to sign documents that are not filled in. She went on and on about it. If I could have gotten a word in I would have told her I would spend the 15 seconds it would take to check the boxes on the form and then we could sign them, but she was so rude, I did not want to stay. I went somewhere else and got the documents signed without any issues at all. read more

It is bad business for anyone to charge five dollars for a bag to ship paperwork. Grocery stores charge $.10 for a bag, how do you justify charging five dollars?...Especially when they know that FedEx hands them out all day for free. The prices are not very attractive or comparable to FedEx. Very professional staff and pleasant to work with. They also said that they get questioned on a daily basis about the five dollar fee for a bag. read more
