He did not reply to my texts, emails or answer my phone calls when I asked him to go and reconnect the heater. Some basic communication when he was on site would have avoided his mistake. Also a shame he is not willing to own his mistake and make it right. Now I have to go through the rigmarole of going through Consumer Affairs/VCAT to have my heater reconnected.
