To give context, I had a recent cross-country moving experience with an entirely different moving company that left me pretty traumatized from their level of deceit. This was NOT the case with Gentle Giant. They gave me accurate quotes. I was also able to readjust my list of items to be moved, and was reminded it was based on hours. The movers wrapped, prepped, and loaded my furniture swiftly and carefully, and went above and beyond at my new rental when I needed unexpected extra assistance. If I move again, I will absolutely use Gentle Giant and ONLY Gentle Giant!
