The product was great, ( stickers great, shirts just ok) but after spending over 5k on clothing and stickers with them over 1 year, they completely ghosted us leaving us in a really bad position, because for the month before they ghosted they gave a lot of "updates" and promises so we didn't look elsewhere until finally I had to give up. We were told they were out of sticker material and they'll do our order Monday, that the owner was sick and they'd do it that week, that his grandmother was sick in Mexico and they'd be fine at the end of the next week, and then finally that the owner was having emergency surgery and a fake text from his wife. It felt like a bad high school scenario except where adults with Inside businesses to run. I would post a screenshots, but I guess somebody has to be the adult in the situation! Definitely be aware, it came out of nowhere and caused us a lot of problems and a lot of lost money. read more

It was nice to get an initial response but waited for the quote like he said he would provide and he never got back to us. If there are initially only 25 items to screenprint and you're just too busy or have minimum requirements, let the person inquiring know instead of wasting their time waiting for a quote. So I had done business with Issac in February for about 20 shirts, real simple design which he messed up. Which was fine because he sold us the shirts for less then what we we're offered. But the second time around was completely awful. I mean for starters good luck trying to contact the guy because he never answers the phone. Then he quoted us for a price of about $450 first week of July. A week later he's trying to add $300 more dollars on an invoice thats STILL Completely messed up. After contacting Issac about the issues I decided to end business with Issac. Afterwards my business partner decided to write a review about the bad customer service. If I could select a rating of less than 0, I would. I've never left a bad review on Yelp, but I'm super upset. This place had me driving all over the place and wasting gas. I called them yesterday to get a quote and see if I can stop by the store and try the t-shirts on to see how they fit and I was told that's fine. The guy even told me what building their store was near so I can find it more easily. So, I drive there today and I can't find the store and I call again. Another guy tells me they've moved to another side of town, he knows who I spoke with yesterday because he's not local and they trained him to tell customers where their old location is, but again tells me what building their new location is next to so I can find it. I drive all the way on the other side of town and, what do you know? Again, I can't find the store! I sit in the parking lot for about 20 minutes blowing up their phone and it's ringing, but I'm being sent to voicemail. They were rejecting my calls knowing perfectly well that I was on my way over there! I don't know what kind of shady business is going on, but they could've just told me no if they didn't want me stopping by the store. read more

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SHIRTS MESSED UP. I came here to get shirts made in February and he messed up on my original design. It was either we pay him or he keeps the shirts with MY LOGO. My business partner and I brushed it off and tried again a second time in order to keep the money with our home community (San Diego). I called and asked for a quote for what I wanted he said it'll be roughly $400. When I came in and got the original invoice it was $462. A week later after having my shirts he text me staying he gave the wrong quote. He then quoted me for the wrong design even though I explained to him what I wanted in person TWICE to make sure he didn't mess up this time. He brushed it off as if it was just a "my bad".
