They argued they are not at fault because they NOONE suffocated, so i guess the are waiting until something really bad happens to change their policies. Bounce house are meant for small children so their first priority is to make sure there are no children around, even if they are to check more than one time because their negligence can cost a kids life. When requested for refund they said we are not fault, you paid cash and hung up the phone. DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

The delivery guys were so nice and had everything setup in 20 minutes while I set up the other party tables, chairs etc. When we were done with the party I just texted them to let them know they could pickup and delaftedthe unit. I was so over the situation that I didn't even bother calling them again. Now 5 months later I see an unauthorized charge of $270.60 in my account, I called them and theres an automated message saying "they're closed for the season", Theres no option to leave a message. I'm not sure why they're charging me other than they're scamming people who don't check their accounts often enough to notice but you've got the wrong one here. I've already contacted my bank. Others so be cautious of this company.

This company no showed for a 5 year olds birthday party!…read more Ordered in advance. Paid a deposit. Without any comment, apology or communication they simply refunded my deposit on the Monday after they ghosted (after I personally left a VM and email asking for an explanation). The delivery was due on a Sunday and they called on Saturday prior to confirm delivery and then simply ghosted me from there. Other than safety, I can't think of anything more important for a moon bounce company than reliability. I wouldn't have even written a poor review, but then they didn't even reach out to apologize, explain or offer any solutions... their actions told me how they feel about me... Other reviews have also mentioned their poor communication as well. I attached a photo of what an empty yard looks like without a moon bounce because that's what my daughter got to see on her birthday.
