Each table had a beautiful flower arrangement in the center that didn't prevent us from seeing each of the family members around our table. The waiters were right on schedule with each course starting with our drinks. The food was delicious and naturally we had anniversary wedding cake for dessert. There was plenty of space for dancing with a dance floor. When we had the opportunity to move around to the other tables to chat we were not crowded in the space. Without any comment, apology or communication they simply refunded my deposit on the Monday after they ghosted (after I personally left a VM and email asking for an explanation). The delivery was due on a Sunday and they called on Saturday prior to confirm delivery and then simply ghosted me from there. Other than safety, I can't think of anything more important for a moon bounce company than reliability. I wouldn't have even written a poor review, but then they didn't even reach out to apologize, explain or offer any solutions... their actions told me how they feel about me... Other reviews have also mentioned their poor communication as well. I attached a photo of what an empty yard looks like without a moon bounce because that's what my daughter got to see on her birthday.

I'm not sure why they're charging me other than they're scamming people who don't check their accounts often enough to notice but you've got the wrong one here. I've already contacted my bank.
