Dangerous Drivers - Use Caution…read more A Cove Tent driver acted with such a lack of safety that we felt we were in danger. After cutting us off on the road, and unhappy that we honked at him, he proceeded to sit in the four-way intersection, blocking all traffic. When we attempted to drive around him, he accelerated, aiming the large truck toward our car, and then continued to block traffic. Twice we called to speak with a manager/owner about our concerns, wanting to share the danger/liability their drivers were exposing the company to. While the receptionist was polite and concerned, neither call was returned as promised. While the company highlights the "family ownership" of their business, they don't seem to share the family values most people share. As to whether it is wise to rent from a company based on these facts, I'll leave that to the reader. But use caution.
