It reminds me of Taft Ale House on Spring Grove right before they went under. The staff there were aloof and dismissive. The craft brewery market was over saturated. They and several others folded. On account of the dispensary market now becoming flooded and the lack of training towards customer service I won't be surprised at all if Queen City Cannabis in Norwood is closed within 12 months.

The site asks for the front and back. The back is blank and the site didn't like it being blank. I was unable to submit my order. I did try two pictures of the front, but ended up with the same result. I mentioned this as I was checking in. I worked around this issue by submitting an 'Adult Use' order. At Beyond Hello, they were aware of the issue and are trying to get corporate to straighten it out. They were also great about getting my medical information added and the price reflected my medical status.
