Yesterday they sold me a "Rukioo" electric gravity bong that sort of worked once and is very broken. I didn't find out until it had been used, I couldn't have known without using it. After taxing me to show video, wait to charge the battery that doesn't work and try it in-store. It was very broken. The man refused and told me to leave saying that I was disrespectful for not listening to him. When I said they were being thieves and l'd get in touch with my bank, the man laughed at me and started filming me on cellphone. I don't share these things to complain. I share them so that you don't waste your time and money. He wouldn't even give me a receipt and didn't give me one yesterdayy. So the store straight up just robbed me for $150. I should have my head examined even going to a VIP vape and wireless in Avondale. But I wouldn't go to any of them.

I'm not going to lie when I said I had very low expectations of this place, I am a bit of a prude or judgmental jerk because I think of smoke shops as quick places to jack up prices and make profit and don't really care. That is the absolute opposite of this business. their prices are cheap, as in like the cheapest I could even find on the internet. Barely a markup despite being a brick-and-mortar store. The customer service was excellent from the woman helping us. she was wearing a mask, as was the owner who I met later, and they made sure every customer that came in wore a mask as well. But unfortunately I only owned the vaporizer pen for about twelve hours before it stopped working on me. Or maybe the pain stopped working maybe the cartridge stopped working I don't know I bought them both there though. I went back in three days later without a receipt, but with a proven credit card statement. the owner just straight replace both, we couldn't figure out which was broken or why and he didn't care, he only cared about getting me what I had actually paid for. I'm still amazed by it, but on a day when I got some bad customer service elsewhere I was really happy to have received great customer service from a local shop. Support them!

I keep getting over and over and over again and I've been shopping from them for three years. My husband's been getting from them for five years I am done with this place. We live on the Eastside and although it's 30 plus minutes from where we live we will make the drive there from now on. We went to Rob with some questions about our tanks and modems, and how to effectively rebuild our coils, and although we didn't even have our ecigs with us, he knew how to fix EVERYTHING. From leaning on the eleaf to using a screwdriver to recognize the atomizer with a quick trick-to helping us pick out the most affordable and reliable option for our new tanks (while also selling us the metal mouthpieces to avoid future mishaps) he was able to solve all of our problems so easily and with such efficiency and kindness-Thank you so much, Rob!
