I hung up, called again same thing fax machine in my ear. I then waited five minutes called again and then I got a voicemail immediately went to voicemail. I then called with my number blocked and someone answered. I'm not making a 15 minute trip out there to find out that they don't have the product I need which spoiler alert they didn't again and when I asked when would be in stock they didn't know and they can't tell me and that's the same answer. I keep getting over and over and over again and I've been shopping from them for three years. My husband's been getting from them for five years I am done with this place. They are unprofessional and they don't keep their store stocked.. don't waste your time coming here

We live on the Eastside and although it's 30 plus minutes from where we live we will make the drive there from now on. We went to Rob with some questions about our tanks and modems, and how to effectively rebuild our coils, and although we didn't even have our ecigs with us, he knew how to fix EVERYTHING. From leaning on the eleaf to using a screwdriver to recognize the atomizer with a quick trick-to helping us pick out the most affordable and reliable option for our new tanks (while also selling us the metal mouthpieces to avoid future mishaps) he was able to solve all of our problems so easily and with such efficiency and kindness-Thank you so much, Rob! I had a vape emergency and my mod fell on the floor and was completely destroyed - if you are an ex smoker that uses vaping for smoking cessation you know exactly what I'm talking about! The panic, anyway I gave them a call and they made sure not only to hook me up with a great solution but a great price and furthermore, honestly really went above and beyond. The salesperson was so cool about it, really cared and it cost me less than I thought it would. They do know what they're talking about here. Anything I need for vaping, juice, coils, batteries, tanks, mods (please stock more mods!) I will get it here from now on as long as I live in Cincinnati. They don't seem very busy so every time I go I get great one on one service and I can get in and out fast. Even tho they don't seem busy the juice is always fresh, never had a bottle that tasted like it's been sitting forever and I appreciate that. My only gripe at this point is I wish they stocked more mods & tanks because I would buy them there if they did. The owner pops up like a genie out of nowhere when you first walk in and it never fails to make me giggle.
