I ended up getting the black card membership and like the extras that I get. I mainly got the black card though because I travel to Detroit a lot, and need the portability to use different locations. Visited this while up in Wisconsin. They don't have the Precor Elipticals which is a big downgrade compared to the one I usually go to. The sign up for total Enhancement and aqua massage were not available and tough to get in. Hoping the others in Area are better. Staff was very friendly. read more

This location is on the smaller side, some of the more popular weight machines only have one unit. Personally it just feels very tight and jammed with equipment not my preferred location will typically just stick to cardio if working out at this one. read more

The staff keeps this Planet Fitness very clean. The machines, the floor, the womens locker room and bathroom never have debris around and the cleaning stations are always filled with paper and sanitizer. It is truly appreciated. read more

It's really annoying that the wi-fi is never working. Huge dissatisfier, so much so to cancel my membership. I can't get cell service in the building, so if I don't have something downloaded it's a rather boring workout. The staff said it rarely works. WiFi is listed as an amenity, it's not. read more

Our membership was transferred over without our permission and was told that we had the months of July as a grace period to drop our membership. I am very disappointed about the lack of enforcement of their masking policy by this facility. Yesterday when I worked out there, many of the members were not wearing masks at all, some were wearing them below their noses. And this is pretty much the norm everyday. I am mad as hell! COVID-19 is not a hoax. It should not be a political football. Overwhelming scientific evidence strongly supports mask-wearing. Not a bad Planet Fitness, but not the best. I went around 3:30pm, the cardio and weight areas were pretty empty, but the area where you can exercise and do floor mat workouts was crowded and very small. I only do HIIT workouts, so that is the space I utilize most and I wish there was more room. Only about 3 people fit comfortably. I wipe down my mat and equipment used, but I saw some people didn't wipe their equipment down, which is gross. I'll still use this gym, but be sure to wash hands before leaving. read more

Man I love this place. I was looking for a gym to go back to a few weeks ago since I have not been in about 10 years and well, it was time. I heard about how good of a deal it was and was skeptical obviously because of the price but boy was I wrong. One, they do an amazing job keeping this place clean I mean, it's spotless. There is almost always an employee cleaning and I like to see that. Obviously the price point is good. I pay the 20 dollars a month to use the extra stuff and I'm glad I do. I use the total body enhancement and hydro massage and love the feeling after using both. The employees are all friendly, say hi and bye when you come and go. The one thing I would say is maybe a little more training on what you have for your employees. When I first used the tbe machine I asked an employee to show me and they had no idea. At least train them on how to use it should anyone have questions. That aside, I come now 4 or 5 days a week and will keep doing so. Keep up the good work, and keep the environment the way it is here. read more

Wouldn't even give this place one star. This gym straight up has been stealing my money for 4 months. Experience Fitness closed their gym in late August without notice and Planet Fitness without a contract, phone call, letter or document began taking money off my credit card. I was never notified that my membership would be transferred to Planet Fitness and I never stepped foot in this gym nor did the two other family members that they have been (collecting) or stealing monthly dues for. This is ridiculous and they are telling me they probably won't be able to refund my money. This theft is completely unacceptable!!! Be careful of this gym !!! read more

I was a member at Xperience Fitness when it closed. All memberships were transferred to Planet Fitness. I do not like the Brookfield location and went to cancel. Joey, the manager, had me sign a form. I have since been charged the bi-weekly Xperience fee of $22.98 three times ($49.79/month), even though PF's membership is $10/month. Club management and from what I've researched, franchise ownership, could care less. I've emailed the company but if I don't hear from them today, I'm headed back to the Brookfield location to talk with Joey tomorrow. read more

Nice equipment and staff, however I signed up under the assumption that it was a 24/7 club. They also make it difficult to cancel your membership (you have to go in to the front desk to cancel) which is difficult when you aren't available during the times they have staff available. read more

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This is a good gym for the price and between the 7-10pm hours you have quite the open no wait needed selection of equipment. It's clean, people wipe down and the staff wasn't unpleasant. Just normal. You get in. Get your sweat on. Leave. If you want fancy amenities, join a club. I enjoy the gym's rates & equipment. The employees are also very nice. However, the ladies locker room is always kind of messy, and I can hear women blowing their noses in the showers all the time (which is kind of weird and grosses me out). I can only hope the showers are cleaned often! read more

What's the point in having a black membership at this club? The last 5 times I was In I wanted to use the hydra massage bed and they only had 1 person on duty who was either holed up in their office or cleaning and wouldn't leave what they were doing to walk over and help me at the counter. I have been going to this location for the past year. Every time I walk in the door they know my name and greet me with a big smile. The gym is always clean and the machines are working and look new. They have so many machines that I never have to wait. I normally go right after work around 4:30pm. I have been working out with the trainer (Collin) for the past couple of weeks. He is amazing. He works me to my full potential and when I think I can't do one more rep he always says "Yes you can"! I really enjoy working out because of the staff at this location. Always clean and very friendly staff. I'm into fitness and read all the bad things about how planet fitness doesn't cater for heavy lifters and stuff. This gym proved all of that to be wrong. They have weights upto 75 lbs( Dumbbell) and I like their free weights area. The location is nice and I never had an issue with parking. For the price, this gym is a total winner. read more

This is my favorite location-I enjoy not having to wait very long for machines, the massage chairs and beds, clean locker rooms and bathrooms, and I am always greeted at this location. It is very nice because after long days of work, going to the gym is not always the first thing a lady wants to do lol I am also motivated by the mini tvs on the treadmills to get my 5+ miles in :) One complaint-the water bubbler tastes like well water which I know is a Waukesha area issue in general..just wished it tasted better! Nice gym. Everything is very clean and new looking. They have everything I need to workout and the big 60" HD TV's are nice. My only complaint is the locker room is extremely small, but the shower and bathroom area is very cool and modern looking. When I first joined this club over a year ago I was very pleased. Now I can hardly get a parking space (Yes I do go after work between 5 and 7). Still it seems they are always getting new members and it is really crowded. Sometimes I think they do not have enough help at front desk either. Lockers are full too. They only have 2 hydrobeds which is crazy for the amount of people. I think either stop selling mberships or expand this place! read more
