This is the gym to go to! Equipment- They have a variety of equipment, perfect for whatever your needs are. I have never had to wait a long time for a piece of equipment that I have wanted. Environment- This really is the judgement free zone. I see all types of people at this gym, it's fantastic. I see people that look like they have been going to the gym for years and I see people that look like they are just figuring out the ropes. People Cleanliness- I see the staff refilling the cleaning bottles, keeping the paper towels stocked,vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the restrooms. I found out that the lay down tanning beds are even deeply cleaned once a month. I don't usually see staff wiping down equipment though. Staff- Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I always see them working, whether it is checking people in, doing tours, or walk through to make sure the cleaning bottles are full. The staff interacts with you, one morning at 3 am I was on the stair stepper and a staff member came over and suggested a new step that he found to be very beneficial. Classes- I have only done the PF360 class with Kaylee which was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and showed us which muscles we were working during each exercise. The only negative comment I have about this gym is that the classes I sign up for are often canceled. Price- Can't beat the price for whether you are a white member ($10 a month) or a black member ($22 a month.) I am a black member and feel I get my moneys worth each month. read more

As a traveler you are harassed to a sign in on a separate sign in sheet. To top it off, to welcome you to town, if you check in more than 10 times in a month they want to charge you for further visits. I travel for work and visit a-lot of planet fitness locations. The people that work here will all give you different and wrong information. Also you can't cancel whenever you'd like, that's a lie. I got my daughter the vip membership because we were told she could bring a friend with a waiver with her. Then we were told after we already signed up that since she's 17 she can't bring someone. So I called to lower the membership to the basic since the whole reason we did the more expensive one was not valid. I was told I had to come in and do it in person with a manager. When I explained coming in was an inconvenience I was told I could come in anytime and any manager could help me. So I did, and the manager told me I can't actually downgrade today because the last months fee is pending, which it's not. It shows as fully taken out of my account and that's not what I was told. I was told any manager could do it anytime. So just lie after lie after lie. I'd rather pay more and deal with intelligent people that tell me facts and not lies. So now I've paid more for two months because they lied and won't lower it. Trash. read more

I'm actually shocked this PF has such a low rating. I travel full time and frequent many PFs. This was one of the cleanest I've ever been to. And the shower was absolutely amazing. I didn't see any broken equipment and the staff was attentive when I entered/left. If only all planet fitness's could be this wonderful read more

I signed up for the 1 dollar beginner deal, with 10 dollars a month from there on out. What should have been my first 10 dollar a month withdrawal ended up having a late fee. The reason why I got this late fee was because my account number and routing number where both entered wrong in the computer, by a planet fitness employee. I spoke with the gm and was told that I would not get a refund, due to the fact that the owner was charged a fee for running the information again. I wrote a local review after 3 months of this place. The owner replied with Response from the owner an hour ago Oh no, George! This is not something we like to see about our Planet. Please speak to the management team so that they can be aware of this. We would like for you to enjoy your time at our Planet. I went back to Planet Fitness to see if they did the most simplistic job and clean the toilets after I received this from the owner and they hadn't. A simple phone call could have fixed the problem. NO! The owner obviously doesn't care. I have had nothing but RBF from the blonde girl also just like the other comments. The owner does nothing. Extremely rude actions from the majority of the female employees to men and exceptional treatment to women guests by the male employees. The worst gym I have ever been to in the world. Can you imagine working out and an employee walks by with a big yellow bowl of food being carried like a baby in one hand and a fork in the other, walking around the entire gym looking at the thermostat. I told the owner and he did and has said nothing! I guess you get what you pay for should be the OWNERS MOTTO! read more

Visited Planet in Cheyenne recently. Told guy at front desk that I was considering a membership and would like to be shown the place and ask a couple questions. He had me fill out a form with my personal information (of course). When I was done with that, he said he had to take my picture. I refused, telling him I wasn't ready to join yet and just wanted to check out the facilities. He said it was for "liability" and if I didn't want to proceed, that was fine. Yes, every business I go into demands my personal information and a photo before I can get past the front door. What a crock. As I turned around to leave, the woman behind the counter with him chuckled. Good to know in my old age that I can still entertain the ladies. Amazing how many businesses want you to pay them to treat you like dirt. And of course when I tried to unsubscribe from their emails, that link doesn't work. Now I can enjoy all the spam emails and texts when they sell my personal information. read more

Traveling across the country from ohio to California, decided to stop here and glad I did.... very clean, lots of space and great staff.... big thank you to ( Nonine )for being kind and welcoming even though this is not my home gym... not all gyms do this but such a great example and should be recognized :) keep it up Grace, you and your team are doing a great job and should be proud of what your doing cause I've been to many and this is one I'll come back to on the next trip for sure!! Showers don't work. A lot of broken equipment but I like the layout of the machines. locker rooms aren't very clean either. I love planet fitness but not this one so much. read more

The employees are so friendly! The facility is clean, TV's showing great shows, the tanning beds and massagers top notch!

I love this gym, the set up is great, the equipment. I go mid afternoon and it's always quiet, I have heard that after 5 every piece of equipment is being used n it's packed! I like to go when it's slow though. For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. Just a really nice membership for the cost. Less than $25 a month gives u unlimited access to everything from the gym itself to tanning massage beds etc. totally worth it. read more
