I come to this gym when I'm in town. The front desk staff is nice and doesn't speak much which is always great. The gym floor is a lot spacious than the PF gyms in Conroe. All the machines seem to work properly without much issues. The only thing I didn't care for was that the women's bathroom has been closed during a workout and that was very tedious to manage because I'm not too keen in holding in my poopoo or peepee in for a long and extended time especially if I have to stay hydrated to prevent dehydration or dizzy spells. The male restroom was open, but that isn't a risk that I would subject myself to. The stretching area is pretty small and right now it seems like they are tearing the walls down, but covering it up with plastic. There's absolutely no signs indicating renovating so that's a tad bit weird. That space can fill up with people real quick. Overall, its not overly bad. I've been to worse and this isn't close. read more

I've been here quit a few times now since moving here and I'm disappointed in this gym every time!. The tanning beds are disgusting the first bed had a hair ball in the bed!! The second bed I tried to use had oil or sweat all over the bed. The bathrooms are usually pretty ok. The gym could definitely be better, but it's nice. Amazing hours, friendly staff, and good equipment. I saw lots of reviews saying many machines are broken, but in my experience I've only seen a few and all have since been fixed. The showers are clean and the hot water is good enough. My only real gripe is that it's a bit loud. Music is always a bit too loud and the fans are a bit too high for me, but nothing deal breaking. I regularly stop by at crazy times like 3 am and have amazing workouts, the hours is my favorite part about PF. In my experience, there is never too many people there. read more

Still a dump... machines are so out of date & WAY too many of them are "Temporarily" out of order... the belt tension machines are worn out, tension changes with every rep.. its filthy, very very poorly maintained......! They do NOTHING about it.. constantly find bolts on the ground.. they NEVER fix anything... it's ridiculous...... sucks no other easy options.... And don't tell me to call local management... corporate needs to do something about this location read more

I will edit this later if the place gets updated. I thought this was a janitors school first few times I came by here everyone was walking around with spray bottle. This location should be a prime example of why everyone doesn't need to spray down the equipment. majority of the equipment is rusted and needs proper maintenance due to all of the spraying of cleaning chemical on everything. the major machines everyone flock to are either full of rust or out of order this place needs some serious maintenance. As a retired personal trainer and a newly retired personal training studio owner, I'm surprised Planet Fitness does not have anyone who knows resistant training walking around showing people how to do exercises properly. It is amazing how many men and women in this gym make up their own exercises that bring them close to injury on every rep. read more

the water at the fountain is actually luke warm not even cold. floor is dirty in a lot of areas. also the fountain has been flashing red with a dirty filter for 3 month. it's not my job to tell your manager you tell him or her. Employees are lazy never come out from behind the counter. There's never anyone doing any kind of cleaning from what I've noticed. The one thing that really bothers me is I've been going there for about 2 weeks and the filter on the water machine is been bad and nobody cares to do anything about it. It's just gross seeing the red light on saying change to me when the flu has been running rampant here and nobody's doing anything at the gym to keep it clean I feel like I may have gotten sick from there. read more

I'm not sure why this gym has low scores. It's a nice gym, organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is pretty busy as it is right off the interstate around multiple restaurants and a tractor supply store. I have never felt unsafe. I recommend you check it out for yourself. read more

The area is kinda shady looking. Felt uncomfortable walking from the parking lot. Staff didn't seem to care at all. They always were behind the counter and never seemed to want to be bothered with. The place did seem pretty clean though and wasn't crowded. What really made me upset was I tried to cancel my account and they froze it instead only to unfreeze it and keep charging me. They were rude on the phone about me wanting to cancel and said I must come in to cancel during quarantine. I told them I couldn't because of being exposed to Covid and they put me on hold then came back saying "you're canceled" then hung up. THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. The place is clean and the staff are nice. My issue is that the gym doesn't provide bins for recycling the water bottles people come in with and for the drink bottles that they sell. Come on people, show some environmental responsibility. Don't post signs in the restrooms that 'your hand dryers are ecologically-friendly' while at the same time not even provide recycling bins for the disposal of the hundreds of plastic bottles that are discarded in the trash on a daily basis. read more

Not recommended for anyone that will only be in the area for less than a month. You must provide all of your banking information (account and routing number) so it's "on file" but you still pay with a card? Then it's a reoccurring charge and you cannot cancel over the phone, you have to go in the gym to cancel. Not sure who the guy behind the counter was but he gets 1 Star our of 5 stars as well. This is the worst staffed gym I've ever been to. I've never been to a gym where the staff is literally no where to be seen. In many situations I see customers standing around waiting to purchase water bottles, Gatorade, ect. they end up waiting at least 5 minutes b4 a staff member would show up to help them. The gym is dirty and the weights are never racked where they should be. On top of all that The managers are all but competent, and never enforce there rules.. Ex, an employee sleeping in the lobby during his shift was overlooked by both managers even though this particular staff members has been seen sleeping on the job multiple times. read more

I love it!! I switched from Snap Fitness to Planet Fitness because they have more to offer through the Blackcard membership for the same price and its Awesome. The staff is friendly, The place is Super Clean, and I love the changing room and locker room for those of us who like to shower afterwards.
