On November 13, my daughter Hannan hired the place to throw a party for my 4-year-old grandson, the party was supposed to start at 2 pm and they only allowed them to decorate the room at 2:45, they paid $275.oo dollars and we were only allowed to use the lounge for 1:45 minutes. They never talked about this. In addition, the place is run by irresponsible young people who spend their time playing around the entrance without monitoring what happens inside. That day there was a group of at least 15 young people who ran through all the courts regardless of the fact that there were small children, they almost gave my grandson a hard time with their games and since the other young people who manage them also played, nobody noticed. We had a party at the Ridgeland, MS location just yesterday. The staff was fantastic (so attentive) and the kids had a blast! Second attempt to patronize this business and both times due to misleading and falsely advertised hours they were closed. Not too sure why an establishment would be closed at 11:50am on a Wednesday but clearly it's not to make any money or gain customers. Will not be back again. read more

This is a perfect place for teenagers and older jumpers. It does not have any jump space/obstacles geared towards young kid. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The facility was clean. It was a great park, but not for smaller children. read more

If you want the worst night of your life come here. This was the worst 2 minutes I have experienced recently. The website said nothing about buying glow tickets or having to have a white shirt. If you want to experience a rude person go experience the security guard. We told him we bought tickets online for 7:45 and he wouldn't ever let us in to figure out what we needed to do. It's ok. They have an obstacle course that's different than other local trampoline parks in the area. I'm assuming the gentleman who approached me and my daughter was either the owner or manager. He informed us, after we had been jumping over 30 minutes and informed the young lady who rang us up, that "our socks were not approved Sky Zone socks." They were from another local trampoline park I informed him. "Our mats are different," I was told. I'm 44, been to several trampoline parks, and jumped on many friends trampolines. A mat is still a mat. It was nothing more than some BS to make us buy two pairs of socks at $3 a pair. You've gotten my last dollar, Sky Zone. Spend it well. read more

Over Christmas break, we brought a large crew here looking for some fun and exercise. We could not be more pleased-got both for a great price! The ladies up front were wonderfully helpful, and the staff on the mats were kind and interactive. The facility is clean and in great shape. The pizza isn't bad either. Overall experience for my children was good however I am a huge stickler for good customer service. By the time I left I had been insulted, The store manager was very demeaning in his tone and conversation. He also threw a game card across table at me, like that was good customer service. Really fun place for a weekend if you wanna have some fun for cheap but unsanitary af, water fountain had gum stuck all on it , my daughters, Zola and Kylie couldn't even do a flip without getting screamed at . But other than that pretty good place . Its ridiculous that you have to pay for freaking socks though . They're no different than some normal freakin socks !! Literally spent $9 on socks . Just left Sky Zone in Ridgeland MS. Horrible experiences for a parent. The food area was nasty and unsanitary. They were full staff and but no one seems to do there jobs. There were no one to clean the tables once another people got up to leave. No napkins on the tables. Ask for napkins, a staff member gave me two napkins. I wanted to order a pizza, they stated they had to many parties and couldn't make pizza for the people that don't have a party. But I'm glad I didn't order a pizza because, they burnEd two pizza while we were there. The staff behind the concession was rude and rolling there eyes as if we were bothering them. The only staff members that was doing there job and doing it correctly was Security. Great Job Security!! I think Sky Zone needs to be re-staffed with more professional employees with customer service training. Even though, my children had a wonderful time jumping. We will not be returning. read more

We had a middle school graduation party here for the whole class of 68 kids. We worked with the manager in advance on what was available and pricing and we were able to rent the entire facility for way below what we expected and had budgeted. The party was effortless and fun. The staff and manager made it so we did not need really any parent volunteers. They handled everything. We had options of a glow party or regular, dodgeball tournament (including prizes!), fortnite tournament, food, dippin' dots, icees and a virtual reality rides. All pricing was set and agreed upon in advance. They let us play a slide show through their huge TVs on the wall. They went above and beyond even for things they didn't need to do and we hadn't expected as part of the package. The kids enjoyed the park more than others in the area because it is so much bigger and there are so many more things to do in the jump areas. Would absolutely recommend and would organize future events here for any age group. read more
