I love this gym! The memberships here are very affordable and there is a no hassle policy if you want to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason. They have very high quality machines here and they keep their machines up to date and functioning properly at all times. They are open decent hours here, but one thing that I'd appreciate seeing them change here is that I'd love to see them offer 24/7 hours. This location is smaller but gets the job done. There was a weird furnace looking thing sticking out on the floor. Property management or franchise owner should try to clear it or cover it if possible. Staff seemed busy cleaning; one thing I appreciate with Planet Fitness is that staff stays on top of cleaning. Crowd again will be a mixed crowd from all backgrounds. Bathroom, shower & locker space is small. Me & another woman on the treadmill were grossed out by watching dr. Pimple popper lol but there are a decent amount of tv's and other channels. Did not try their vip area since I was running late. Looked like they had a few massage chairs & again this is a smaller location so please keep that in mind that there isn't as much equipment. 3 stars because I've been to better planet fitness locations & this is an okay one. I went and joined yesterday, I will be going back to cancel today. The horrible very LOUD music gave me a headache for 3 hours. I asked if it was that music and that loud all the time and I was told yes it was and they had no control over it. He said if you look around everyone has ear plugs or noise canceling headphones on to bring it down to a decent level. That is absolutely insane! You have to wear hearing protection in the place you go to work out for your health. Nope, won't be going there! read more

Hard to concentrate when there's certain people that continue to talk loud and laughing loudly. I even have my headphones turned up as loud as I can, and it still doesn't drown the noise out. I've tried switching my time there, but these certain people seem to be always around. The staff doesn't seem to help because they're in a lot of the conversations with these people. This is a smaller than average Planet fitness, so waiting for equipment does happen. That is an issue here from time to time. However what I really appreciate is that Planet fitness is one of the cleanest and most hygienic gyms I have ever visited. They above and beyond on this, and the members participate by cleaning the equipment after use. I feel safer working out here. read more

The staff is amazing! They've always greeted us and are eager to assist when needed, while having a positive and fun attitude. The facility is quite clean all around from equipment to rest rooms. I've tried other gyms but this truly is a judgement free zone with the members being an array of ages and body types. Check it out! (Edit to add: The photos are outdated. Can't beat the price. There are other more expensive options, but at 10 bucks a month this is the best value. This is the smallest PF I have been to and it doesn't have many of the amenities other PF's have. The air conditioning system is a source of constant aggravation, and not being able to have ceiling fans installed can make those 90 degree days pure hell. Was hoping they would move to a new shopping center as the management and owners of this plaza have attributed to these problems. The staff is very nice and the club is very clean. I have recommended this location to my coworkers and will continue to. Also, the equipment may be a little dated, but the staff does a great job of making sure the equipment is working. It is rare to see out of order signs on the equipment and when there is one, the equipment is fixed fast. read more

This gym is very disappointing. It's very small, no water black card features, no circuit workout room. When I cancelled my membership I was given the run around after later being charged an extra month, I made three phone calls and you cannot ever reach a manager, but the manager is the only one who can help you. I won't do business with this gym ever again. read more

It's you're average PF, but on the smaller side compared to other locations I have been to. I've been here a handful of times including morning, afternoon, night and I really haven't encountered a busy time. Just average crowds and no waiting for equipment which is nice. This gym is definitely on the cleaner side and the staff has always been very pleasant read more

Very small center. Finally they have updated tanning beds. Staff is nice but not many interacting people.. It's nice to smile and say hi and have some lite conversation. There's not much of that here I'm noticing. read more

I have been a member of this particular Planet Fitness for several years. This is a very small facility, but the gym has all the equipment that I need to have a good workout. After reading the other reviews, I have to say a few things about the facility. I don't necessarily agree that the staff is unfriendly or unwilling to help. I do highly agree that this is a very clean gym and the staff is always cleaning no matter what time of day I am in the facility. Having said that, I personally don't find that annoying. They are never in your way when they clean and do a great job! I have been a member of other gyms, and none of the other gyms compare as far as cleanliness to this one. The costs are very reasonable and I will continue to support this facility. read more

Seeing low stars on here almost annoys me. Yes, the gym is smaller than a lot of PF that people are used to but, please let me point out the 10 thousand reasons why this gym trumps all the others. 1. The equipment if you are a fitness buff or a beginner you literally have everything you need, if this is not enough equipment you lack any imagination at all. 2. The staff have been, and have always been an absolute pleasure. Never had an issue and hope never to. 3. The other gym members are like a family, the most welcoming bunch of people I have ever met, not to mention even when I first started there I never felt stared at, judged or uncomfortable...let me also mention I have lost almost 140lbs since I started over a year and a half ago and almost at my goal weight. 4. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable, they were spotless before corona and even more so now. 5. Friendly, knowledgeable trainers the last one was great and I saw him help many people, I have requested the help of the newest one, and he was an incredible help to me. He made me feel completely at ease asking without that uncomfortable feeling of "am I bugging you" 5. Bathrooms are always stocks, I have never locked my stuff up, and no one has ever messed with it. 6. Not overcrowded, there is times when it will get busy, but people are respectful with machines they don't sit on them and have chat sessions with people, they do the work out and go on. 7. Respect, I see respect in this club always, no fighting, no arguing, no dirty looks, no jealousy, always uplifting and encouraging. Bottom line is...this planet fitness is small...but, it is mighty. I could go anywhere I want...and I CHOOSE to go to this club because it fits my needs and I absolutely love the energy and vibe. All are accepted, no one cares I am a dorky unicorn, rainbow loving, woman with Alopecia universalis. People see each others commitment to health and their kick butt souls and that is the kind of energy we need in this world. This Planet fitness should be 5 Stars and the fact it isn't is very sad to see. read more

I love Planet Fitness overall. This specific location is pretty good! The staff here is what makes me rate it 4 stars. Otherwise it would be 3. Staff was amazingly friendly to me and everyone else I saw them interact with. Beyond the call of duty!The gym itself is clean and lots of equipment. They could use more showers and places to use restroom for sure. I just think they could have invested more into this gym..... I guess they just dont have enough local people to support maybe? Small gym but the staff is friendly and always helpful when needed. Facilities are always clean and it's never to busy.

In order to get to the locker room you have to do the walk of shame and walk past 50 people exercising .. very embarrassing.. and the men's locker room doesn't have a toilet just a urinal and finally the showers were Luke warm and hair clogging the drain... PF usually has 5 star facilities but this one is an exception lol read more

I like this gym, I am not a gym rat so this is coming from a regular person. The gym has a lot of machines,I never have to wait for equipment. Pricing is very fair! And they may not be open 24/7 they have hours that work for me. This gym is clean and their equipment is in really great shape read more

I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at this particular gym. The staff was ( one in particular ) gave me nothing but grief. It was a poor experience especially since I had just joined. We were visiting from out of town and came to use the gym. When we came in we were not greeted and when we started working out we were stopped so the we could be talked to about our guest (my kids) we had put the kids in the system at other locations and had no problem accept for this one. So we put the kids in the system again and the lady that worked the front wanted to argue with me about if I had put the kids in the system before. This is VERY unprofessional and not good customer service at all. We were very very disappointed in our experience. This will be the only time I ever come to this gym. read more

Here in cocoa for a week and was glad to find Planet fitness 15 min away. Since having heart surgery 5 yrs ago working out is a necessary part of staying alive and P F is a great place to workout I found this P F clean and while smaller than my home P F this one had all I am accustomed to having at my P F staff was help full and friendly . read more

Some staff is friendly, but a few are quite judgmental. One staff member harassed me many times and didn't apologize after being wrong. Also beware of "maintenance fees" that are charged, they will not refund you that money. read more
