Certain staff are clearly homophobic. Aria [overnight staff] has made threats to call police with no foundation whatever. Other staff issues surround Mariana and Astrid. I made an inquiry into 'staff friendliness' and about 'freezing my account' and was told a member would reach out to address the issue within 48 hours. More than 5 days passed with no resolution and my account was frozen without notice. I had to speak--cumbersomely I might add--to Christian [GM], and two other staff members before issues were adequately addressed.

The classes are challenging and addictive and always dynamically different each week. The week is distributed with classes targeting the same muscle groups on a weekly basis. Lots of classes are offered each day, and signing up for classes is super easy using their app. I really like the consistency they've upheld over the last three years. They also offer personal training packages and open gym rates which I would recommend if you are considering that. The classes are easily set up for all experience and skill levels to ensure you'll meet you're individual goals. Whether it's weight lost, muscle gain, recovery, you name it. She's non-judgmental and simply wants to help her clients be and do their best. My 1:1 workouts with Sarah are designed for my abilities and goals and are varied, appropriately challenging, and interesting. I quickly gained confidence and she was able to accommodate and support some physical issues that remained from a major surgery.
