If you're looking for something new or you've always wanted to try crossfit but felt intimidated, go to this gym! They have workout on the hour every hour and the skill levels range from beginner to competitor. Everyone always encourages you to get through your work outs and no one judges. Think because you have kids and you can't go to the gym? Think again! Some mamas and papas bring their little ones as well, they sit in the mat and cheer on their parents! The kids sometimes play together or they have their coloring books, crayons or tablets to play on. Think there's not enough space or the equipment will be old and you have to share? NOPE! The equipment is new and the space is huge!!! Morning classes run about 10 people max and evening classes run up to 30 ish people? Now you're worried if the coaches will see you and your technique? The coaches aren't on their phones, they walk around, look at your posture and help you throughout the workout! They're awesome people to talk to and they always offer tips and tricks to get you to where you want to be! Give it a try, first workout is free and you have nothing to lose!!!!

On different occasions when I've been connected to this location when trying to contact their Westside location, the team is not only condescending but has the snarkiest of attitudes. Just about more immature than a teenager working a food stand in the mall. To be fair I'd much rather take the attitude from a teenager because it can at least be justifiable to teenage angst. There is nothing that could get me to step food into this site and and my firsthand interactions with this location is enough to make sure I'm not a member here. Albeit I don't live in El Paso but when I am in town visiting or have friends and family who are to inquire I will simply let them know to avoid it like the plague.

I actually…read morelove getting up to go to the gym at 5AM because he makes every workout different, fun, and just a little more challenging each time. He thinks on his feet to adjust the workout if a pain or problem pops up. For example, I was doing a workout that involved my legs and knees when suddenly my knee was having pain. I felt I could push through but he said no, and quickly changed the plan for the day so I could still get a great workout without risking injury. Thanks to Julio I am moving closer to my fitness goals every day and living with less pain than before I started with him!

I called and left messages with staff with name and number with no return called. I was leaving the state and needed to cancel my membership. Do to staff not contacting me back in a reasonable amount of time, over 30 days. (also, I was not able to go to the building, I had left the state, by the time I was working with staff). I received a from the billing company (and as of today 4 months as well). requesting money. I had gone to my bank and stop payments. Staff's excuse for not replying to me is that they get to many emails and calls. I worked with staff to make a one time payment. but she requested my military contract of departed the local area. Which has my SSN. I informed I was pending the document to my system. made that last payment and as of the week, i have noticed that the gym was still chagrining me. their billing company is not leaving messages. I had paid for over 6 months not going into the gym. But man, when they want their money, they want their money. The Billing staff does not follow their business values and mission statement. I had to cancel payments with my other bank to have them stop. The staff member i was working did agree with me make a one-time payment more than the normal monthly payment to close the account. and text me she would only close the account ones i give her military documents, that again have my SSN, and she does not need to stop my monthly payment.

Where do i begin…read more... I began my journey at PUSH a little over 3 years ago. I think for anyone who has been out of the fitness game for a while, coming back in can definitely be intimidating, scary, and sometimes discouraging. Im so happy THIS is where i began... it was nothing like i'd feared. The trainers are all so Knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming! You really begin to feel like you are a part of something bigger, a fitness family that is constantly PUSHing eachother to do better, work harder, and grind a little more every day. I do personal training with Mike Contreras, who is amazing at what he does with every client, just like all the Push trainers are! Not only do they offer personal training, but athletic, crossfit, and physical therapy. To top it off and one stop shop that offers a shake/meal prep bar and chiropractor. 3 years later, -80lbs (still a bit to go), I've seen my body, STRENGTH, and own self confidence grow. Im not so hell bent on numbers on a scale, but what my body is capable of; endurance, strength. It wouldn't have been possible without the daily inspiration i get from my PUSH family.
