I've had my membership for over a year now. All of a sudden they started charging my boyfriends credit card for my membership. I never gave them his info (I don't even have his info), we don't have the same last name or the same address, we rarely even go to the gym together. When he tried to get them to fix it they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was my account and not his. Something weird is going on here. On top of that this gym is FILTHY and poorly maintained. I clean all my machines before and after I use them, and I still manage to get sick almost every time I come here to work out. The machines are run down, and falling apart. Some of the attendants don't listen when you tell them how long to set the tanning beds for. I said 6 minutes and they put it on for a full 12. I realized about 8 minutes in when I could smell my own skin burning. There is NO hot water either. Forget about being able to work out and take a quick shower before going to work. read more

I mentioned to the staff that they were out of soap and other supplies around the gym. They said okay, but no one addressed it, and the next day nothing had been refilled. The Elkhart location does a much better job -- supplies are consistently stocked there. At this location, the staff mostly just stand around instead of maintaining the facility. read more

Gross place to work out. Poor managements. Changing facilities are nasty. Thieves. Will continue to charge your credit/debit card once you cancel your membership then call you a liar and demand you show emails from years ago. Court hearing pending against the management team. read more

I have a current membership and they wont allow me to use it supposedly over some past due account from Elkhart the want me to pay $115 in past due even though i have proof of cancelation. I dont even get to use my current paid to date account and no one woll help me fix this read more

My wife and I decided to get a membership to Planet Fitness because I travel quite a bit and this allows us to use their gyms wherever we go. We really like the equipment and the facilities. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The only thing that keeps me from giving this location a perfect score is they do not have rowing machines. The one I visit in Fort Wayne has 5 or 6 and some are almost always in use. AND I use one every time. This location has more than enough ellipticals and treadmills... they could easily trade a few for rowing machines. Other than that, keep up the good work! read more

Planet Fitness - Gyms Near Me - Goshen, Indiana

This is newly constructed so everything is really nice. The women's locker room has a nice layout with very nice showers and changing stalls. They are not as nice as Mishawaka PF, but nicer than Elkhart and much nicer than Kalamazoo. It is a standard PF, with friendly and welcoming staff and very clean environment. There is music to work out to if you forgot yours, but it is not too loud. read more
