I had to drive 2 hours just to cancel in person. After canceling, they are still attempting to charge me and are adding additional fees. The manager does not respond to emails, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This experience has been extremely disappointing. A business should make the cancellation process clear and accessible, especially for members who relocate. I would not recommend unless you are prepared for a very difficult cancellation process.

I am slowly seeing improvements however it is a huge undertaking. I wish they offered more classes. However they do offer quite a selection of classes. The basketball court is a big draw for my family. I've been a member for years and I hope they continue to improve. If there was another gym closer with the same amenities I would be at that gym and not this one.

Ryan Troutman the owner continually made false statements about me behind my back to other members in the gym in essence defaming my character. For some reason he assumed that I worked for the FBI and told numerous members to stay away and not talk to me. During this time I became an outcast in my own gym, while Mr.Troutman seemed nervous and fearful the times I was there for no reason. If he or anyone else would have came up to me and asked, I would have told them I do not work for the FBI and never have, but no one ever did as everyone believed the lies. What is interesting is that during my entire membership Mr. Troutman and I never had a conversation together. For months I ignored all this until finally it became such a toxic environment there that I left 3 weeks ago. If this could happen to someone who is a senior citizen and served this country like myself it could happen to anyone who decides to join this gym and I am determined that it will not. You never make judgments about someone that you don't know and never spoke to before that is unacceptable

Nice for circuit training, sled pulls or tire flipping. You won't be disappointment. They also hold aerobics and spin classes throughout the week.
