I had to drive 2 hours just to cancel in person. After canceling, they are still attempting to charge me and are adding additional fees. The manager does not respond to emails, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This experience has been extremely disappointing. A business should make the cancellation process clear and accessible, especially for members who relocate. I would not recommend unless you are prepared for a very difficult cancellation process.

Ryan Troutman the owner continually made false statements about me behind my back to other members in the gym in essence defaming my character. For some reason he assumed that I worked for the FBI and told numerous members to stay away and not talk to me. During this time I became an outcast in my own gym, while Mr.Troutman seemed nervous and fearful the times I was there for no reason. If he or anyone else would have came up to me and asked, I would have told them I do not work for the FBI and never have, but no one ever did as everyone believed the lies. What is interesting is that during my entire membership Mr. Troutman and I never had a conversation together. For months I ignored all this until finally it became such a toxic environment there that I left 3 weeks ago. If this could happen to someone who is a senior citizen and served this country like myself it could happen to anyone who decides to join this gym and I am determined that it will not. You never make judgments about someone that you don't know and never spoke to before that is unacceptable

Also trying to tell my brother how to hold his daughter in the water when he was just having fun and playing around with her? Extremely unprofessional on behalf of the lifeguard considering they sat there talking most of the time and left the pools unattended on multiple occasions. So because my brother looked "suspicious"to them we had to do a walk of shame like criminals when we already had the fucking cards and memberships. They will talk with you, joke with you, push you and encourage you. The trainers are great at any physical fitness needs you may have and the competitions they hold are great to get you in that competitive edge to push you even harder towards your goals. For as long as I return back to this area, this will be my forever gym because of the employees and the family environment.
