The gym is never sanitized making it a unsafe environment for people to work out, weights are never organized and all over the place, machines are horrible, and it smells like shit. Please don't join this gym!!! To add to all of this, the pictures on their website they use to lure people to sign up are 5 years old and looks nothing like how it is now. Very clear they no longer care about quality of their business, only the money. They promise a in house massage, chef, and a whole bunch of others on their storefront sign, they do not have those in the gym. False promotion, horrible policies to keep you stuck and paying, horrible management and horrible environment.

I just joined as part of my Active and Fit membership and the gym now called BFit by Bob's more…read morethan met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the gym was much larger than I expected. Besides the cardio and weight areas there is a circuit room by the locker rooms, and hydro massage chairs. I'm fussy when it comes to my preferred elliptical equipment and BFit has some older Precor machines which is exactly what I like. I've tried some newer equipment elsewhere and found that they were harder for me to use. Call me old school but I'll support any gym with a Precor elliptical. Also, I went at mid-day and it wasn't crowded at all which is big plus for me as well.

To be quite honest I wouldn't even give it one star. For example I purchased a personal training package at 50 a month. When I originally signed up the gentleman told me it is a 49$ enrollment fee and 50 a month for 12 months. Not only did they charge me the first month but also charged me for the second month without my permission. To make matters worse I call them to find out exactly what is going on. Needless to say the owner of the business Richey got on the phone and screamed at me and accused me of not paying my bills and at any time they want they can and will take me to collections. Keep in mind my payments get taken out automatically. The owner would not let me speak and explain myself the only thing I remember him saying was "its not my fault you can't pay your bills". So needless to say I am one unsatisfied former customer. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a gym membership. Please by all means, look elsewhere.

They have zero professionalism with no curtsy with those around them, they are occupying the equipment having a BS session amongst themselves. If they are actually using the equipment, they are monopolizing it for 10-15 minutes at a time scrolling through Instagram. And if you actually do ask if they are using that "oh yea, I'm in between sets bro". The ONLY reasons that I don't drop my membership today and go to Nitro or Bobs is because both are out of my inconveniently out of my way and I'm not willing to increase the cost of my gym membership.
