The fitness center is an excellent facility & bargain. The equipment is ample & like new. There is a large free weight area but my preference is the exercise machinery. I have yet to wait for access to an exercise station in my routine. The facility is spotlessly clean & well maintained. The staff is very accessible & helpful. The clientele is courteous & friendly ranging from the early twenties to seniors. There are some very devoted, dedicated, and diligent patrons that are fun to watch & an inspiration of what can be achieved. For me I just do my thing & realize the benefits. I show up around 9:30am and leave around 10:30-11:00am when the sun clocks over and the shade is gone. - so a total of less than 2 hours, mostly when the business isn't even open yet and definitely before it gets busy. The parking lot is never even close to being full before 11am. Actually, I have never seen this parking lot full. A young male manager knocked on my window and politely asked me to move because they had a delivery. I apologized and explained. He told me he didn't mind me being there, but I was in the way of the delivery truck. I moved immediately. This is the first and only time anyone told me to move and he said I could be there on nondelivery days. Today, Sunday - probably not a delivery day, I parked behind the building in the shade again, away from customer parking (there were only 2 cars in the parking lot). I had taken my puppy to get her parvo shot and she barfed all over me, the van and herself. While trying to clean up, a COP knocked on my window and said the management called saying I had been warned many times to move but I keep coming back and if I ever enter the property or store I will be ARRESTED and taken to JAIL... For parking in the shade. Funny thing is, I'm a personal Trainer that spends lots of money in this store and I send all my clients to buy their ropes, bands, weights... Never again will I spend another DIME in this store because I will be sent to JAIL for parking in the shade.

I went to Petco off of S. 6th on 2/21/25 to purchase some paw balm for my dog. I had already…read moreconfirmed online that this particular Petco carried this product and had it in stock. As is typical of this store, I began my search for this item and although I searched for it in a logical location could not find it or any similar product. As is also typical of this store, I had to go in search of customer service personnel to help me locate it. I located a surly individual in the fish tank area (large man with dark hair). He conveyed to me in no uncertain terms that he had no desire to help me (body language, tone of voice, words he spoke to me). He ultimately lead me to a location where the item I was looking for could possibly be. It was not there and this individual had no interest/desire in investigating why it was not there or where it might be located elsewhere in the store. I found nothing on the shelf he directed me to that would suffice for "paw balm". Just once, it would be nice to "shop" at this Petco and be able to purchase what one needs the same day (instead of always having to purchase what you need on Amazon and then wait for it to get shipped to you). This phenomenon is not the exception at this Petco, it is the rule. This same scenario has happened to me as a customer many, many, many times. 1. Items are supposed to be in stock at this store. 2. The item one is looking for is impossible to locate or does not exist in the convoluted mess of the store. 3. "Customer Service" personnel are impossible to locate and/or are surly and make no effort at giving one customer service. I am sooooo done with the Klamath Falls, Oregon Petco. IT JUST ISN'T WORTH THE EFFORT.
