This Planet Fitness is a fantastic gym overall. It is always clean, well maintained, and a great place to work out. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, but I specifically wanted to recognize Matt (Matthew), who really stands out. Matt is incredibly personable and always welcomes my wife and me by name, usually before we even have a chance to scan in. He does not just sit behind the front desk. He is constantly walking the floor and paying attention to the details. He makes sure the paper towel stations are stocked, equipment is where it belongs, re racks weights when needed, and regularly cleans machines. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in keeping the gym looking its best. Matt also works out at this same location on his own time. What I particularly appreciate is that even when he is off the clock and there just to get his own workout in, he still takes the time to say hello when he sees us. It is a small thing, but it speaks to how genuinely personable he is. It is also nice to see a fit, engaged employee who clearly enjoys fitness himself and represents the spirit of Planet Fitness. They decorated for the Fall season, how cute! It's a nice location. The parking lot can be a challenge. The facility has been clean every time I've visited. I'm noticing some wear and literal tear (the cover on the arm rest pads of an "arms" machine in the 30 minute room), but it still functions properly. There was another machine in the 30 minute express room marked with a sign that started it was out of service for repair. I can still accomplish my work out goals, but I hope it gets addressed soon as that effects two machines in the express room with tears and repairs. read more

I've been going to this location for 2 years and honestly the workers they used to have used to give me MAD anxiety and it seemed like they didn't want you to talk to them and when you did, you were bothering them. they would have their face stuck to their phone, and the night crew especially just didn't care. NOW? they got rid of literally everyone that made me uncomfortable I love it LOL. there are two gentlemen that are there during the day, they're both tall and with dark hair, one has a beard, LOVE THOSE GUYS. just make me feel welcomed. they're always cleaning and checking the place out, it's refreshing. yesterday I met another worker that's new, he has a side swoop hair and he is seriously so nice like, THATS the energy I want from gym staff. it's the one break I get from the world to just let loose, and that's why the attitude of the workers matters SO much to me, because that will really set the tone for me sometimes in my workout. when I've had a bad day and someone gives me a smile and a "enjoy your workout" like YES I WILL enjoy my workout thank you.(,: anyway yes staff has upgraded and now I finally want to leave a 5 star review. you guys are doing amazing. also just love this gym I don't want to leave PF to go to a lifting gym cause I love this location so much. read more

Such a great local gym. I got the black card membership so when I travel I can go to other Planet Fitness locations. Luckily there's a lot spread throughout the country. This local gym here in Vegas is never busy. It's only a year or two old so it still feels brand new. All the equipment is brand new. It's literally never too busy to get a good workout in. Great that it's 24 hours per day so no matter what your schedule is, you can find time. It's got great massage chairs and tanning as part of the black card membership. The staff is always super nice at the front. Always welcoming you and wishing you a good day as you leave. Parking can be busy at times since there's so many other businesses attached to it (strip mall). But other than that, it's a perfect gym for a very affordable price. They always keep it clean. I've been committed to the same gym/boutique fitness center for the last 4 years and while I still go there.. I felt the need to supplement with another type of fitness routine like weight training. This Planet Fitness facility is great, especially at 6AM. I am a morning workout person and it's great to come and not have to wait for machines, feel rushed or crowded by people, and be surrounded by a demographic where fitness and self improvement is the goal. There's definitely no intimidation around and no "influencers" to compete for mirror space with. They keep the facilities and equipment cleaned. I've seen more members clean up the stations after their use. Check in is easy with the app. Also, since its only $10/month, I don't feel as guilty when I don't come as often. My only 2 gripes is that -- there isn't a closer location to Summerlin West but it's not a bad drive if you go early and I wish they had group fitness or more regular personal training opportunities. read more

My wife and I went to sign up for the gym. The guy we talked to indicated an insurance membership but couldn't say what the terms were. He couldn't sign us up manually so he has a very rude girl to come over to talk to us. We asked what they meant by an insurance membership but she said you need to sign up electronically or you are free to leave. WOW ! This place evidently does not need the business. We will not be back and we caution others who have to deal with rude staff to be aware. read more

Slowly starting to get back into my workout routine for the new year and can I say how much I love this club? It's always so inviting and I never feel uncomfortable working out. The gym is never slammed during the time of day I go (mornings) and it's great having access to anything my heart desires. The club is very clean and the staff is always so friendly, they even helped me with an issue on upgrading my membership. It's definitely so nice to have a gym so close to home as well. As a busy mom I am able to easily drop off my daughter and school and zoom over for a workout. I can't wait to try out the new amenities that come with having a black card membership. I joined and signed up for classes with the trainer. There's only one trainer. 3 times a week. He was 10 to 15 minutes late every time. I was in the first class if the day. 8am. Then twice I came in and they said he wouldn't be in that day. Why didn't they have the courtesy to let us know? They said he had a family emergency. Then when I saw him he said he didn't have a family emergency, he just wanted to get away for a few days. Then the next week I came in at 8 and they said he wouldn't be in until 9. He had a family emergency! I said, he had one last week. The girl at the desk said, well, life happens. I guess that's their go to excuse. I won't ever go back. I'm now at EOS. This location opened less than a year ago. Very clean and spacious with the latest and greatest equipment on the market. Bathrooms are very clean and lockers are provided - you need to bring your own lock. I love the 30 minute circuit room and often go in for a 15 minute workout on arms.
