(He noticed that I was only doing those two things). We talked about weight training, diet, etc... after a couple of months of weights and cardio combined, I am starting to see a difference. Gained more muscle and eating a lot better. Bryan is a great trainer, he is there for you to talk through things you are having problems with. Gives you great advice. The do's and don'ts of training and eating. He has helped out a lot of people that I see in the AM at the gym to lose weight. Always hear great things about him by other people as well when I am at the gym. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a personal trainer.

They welcome you, guide you, and encourage you to relax, try your best, and more importantly have a good time! The SUP classes are held at North Park Lake, an excellent setting with calm water. Classes are suitable for all skill levels. My friend and I attended SUP Yoga with no yoga experience and only having tried SUP once before. The class-goers are friendly and participate with varying experience/skill levels. They offer other classes like 'SUP and SIP' - another excellent experience that includes paddle boarding, wine, and charcuterie - they also have classes at North Park Pool that vary in exercise intensity. Registration and payment take place online and work very smoothly. Specific directions are provided before class and the instructors are available via phone should you lose your way. Classes are typically 1-2hrs and you can bring your own board or use theirs. They keep your phone or keys in a safe location during class. They also take lots of great photos during class and post them to their Facebook account. I HIGHLY recommend FluidMotion Pgh classes to anyone and will continue to attend them myself!

While using the MindBody app it was unclear to me…read moreuntil after I made this reservation (Paddle Board Yoga w/ Courtney Sage) that the gear was not included in my reservation for June 30th which is five weeks away. I contacted the owner Melissa Lucciola and communicated directly with her. She stated her policy was to offer no refund --only credit, or an upgrade for me to pay an extra $18 for the gear. Ok this event is 5 weeks away, and I only just made the finding that i was misinformed on the MindBody app. as to the inclusion of the gear. It boggles my mind why Melissa would choose to take a hard line with me insisting that it read BYOB and quite frankly arguing with me on it, well it not did state BYOB. It was a honest mistake. The information was unclear on the MindBody app. I told Melissa I respectfully disagree with her. I verified my information re-reading it 3 times relaying back how the app did not state that the gear was not in fact included int he $20 fee. Miss Lucciola refused to refund my paid fee of $20. Be aware this owner/operator had delivered argumentative, poor customer service to me.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the body, exercise, gym equipment, and nutrition.  These skills became apparent  when he designed and implemented an individualized training program for me.  He focuses on helping you achieve long-term fitness goals, but adjusts workouts weekly and monthly to meet your particular needs at different stages along your fitness journey.  For example, before I started working with Josh, I had lower back pain that would flair up  from time to time.  Josh has been mindful of my injury history, while modifying workouts, catering to any limitations I might have, so I can continue to progress.  Over the years he has helped me develop a stronger, and more resilient core, which has substantially reduced the frequency of painful back episodes I used to have. Josh is also good at understanding my current mental and physical capacity for training on any given day.  As a result, he is able to  make adjustments to my program which set me up for success, despite work fatigue, or occasional lapses in motivation.  This means he understands when I can be pushed hard, and when I need a lighter day if I'm particularly burned out for other reasons. This has enabled me to maintain my fitness routine during the past 5 years without dreading them.  I enjoy my workouts which hasn't always been the case  with prior training experiences. The Training Revelations studio is great.  The facility and equipment is comprehensive, clean, and orderly.  Because only one client is working out at a time, it reinforces how personalized the experience truly is. I also want to note that during the COVID-19 crisis, Josh has made himself available through video conferencing to help me continue to maintain an exercise routine at home.  I definitely recommend Training  Revelations for personal training! Josh's expertise, and unique approach to training, has allowed me to consistently work out in a way  that is sustainable for the long term.

I'm also lazy when it comes to exercise and physical motivation. I knew I needed a trainer, but was afraid of injuring myself and of being intimidated. Josh is certainly extremely knowledgeable about the physical components of training, such as anatomy and safety. But the most valuable and important attribute he has provided is that he LISTENS! Before I formally started working with Josh, we talked. Our conversation involved more than collecting medical information and was definitely NOT a sales pitch. Josh actively asked about my goals and fears, and why I wanted to train. He was very clear about what training could and could not do to help me meet my goals, and also what would be expected of me. As far as the inevitable training question--"Does he kick your ass?" Yes, when I genuinely need it. But in 100% of our time together, Josh has always treated me with courtesy, respect and a sense of humor.

They were very attentive to showing us the correct way to work out, and were enthusiastic in their efforts to involve everyone. More than just a workout was provided - we had discussion on our diets over the week as well as stress reduction techniques to use while at work. Video links were provided to us to view at home and to encourage us to workout outside of the work workouts. Overall, I was very satisfied with Myofitness.
