When I went back, I was told I had to pay the balance just to cancel again or they would keep charging me and send it to collections, and it would impact my credit. They then blamed me for believing their staff 4 months ago when they said it was canceled.  From what I've seen on the Better Business Bureau, this appears to be a known issue with Fit Factory. Really frustrating experience and poor handling overall. If you join, don't rely on the app they direct you to--have them process the cancellation manually and get a printed or emailed confirmation before you leave. Also check your statements afterward to make sure you're not still being billed.

" dude you didn't get my traps at the peak, you gotta get them at the peak". This kind of behavior is invasive to anyone who doesn't want to be video taped. The equipment is top notch. Best around in my opinion, but it's so squished together that smashing your knees and elbows into equipment is a common theme. More importantly the bathroom doors have been broken in the men's for for years. Come on guys, it's an easy fix. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. Lastly, the snow removal is a joke. Shovel a path into the gym from the side lot, it only takes a few minutes.

The price is the same, each family member pays the same price for gym maintenance, so no break there. Each family member is bound by their own separate contract, so no transferring benefits among family members. Lastly, if one of the family members needs to cancel their contract, you have to buy out the remaining contract and it can not be transferred to another family member without a fee. Ultimately, do not get fooled, there is NO benefit to adding a family member. Norton Mgr. Tyler is not helpful or customer oriented. BTW - we pay an annual fee for maintenance and on any given day there are at least 5-6 machines out of service.

The small group trainings were extra and not a contracted service- I paused the group trainings due to illness in the family. Although I discussed with the manager the pause on group training sessions and charges as I was taking a LOA to care for sick family, they continued to charge me monthly. I brought it to the manages attention, month after month, with the response of "oh- so sorry, we will reimburse you." Well, needless to say I was never reimbursed, over $500 in charges. I went back and forth with them for several more months with the informed plan to refund me, and it never happened. Eventually they stopped returning my calls/texts. I ended up cancelling my membership. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and no response from them. I sent them letter in the mail requesting refund, and they opened it, put it in a new envelope and sent it back to me.
