The gym is always clean, has some cool pictures on the walls which makes for a nice atmosphere. One thing I thought was cool is the magnet weights they have if you need to add a pound or so to any steel plate, never seen them anywhere else. Over all the gym is a little small however a good place to workout. For anyone just looking to stay in shape this gym will have evrthing you need. If you are a serious lifter this is a good 2nd gym to be a member of.

There is a serious mold issue in the men's locker room sauna area. I have now left multiple messages with Tyler who Is an owner and has his office in the Ormond Beach location. He sold me my membership and assured me they had the cleanest gym in the area. Attached are pics of a serious mold and nasty goo issue that the gym has been told about many times. There is no way that just mopping this will fix anything. They need to close that sauna, seal it off, and get a mold remediation company involved. I want to know what kind of mold is growing all over that sauna.

It's an all girls gym and since the first time I went I've felt so welcomed. It made me want to go back. Delta is the highlight of my day. I work in Ormond Beach and live about 30-40 mins away and I don't mind the drive at all. That's how much I love it here! The classes are only 30 mins. The coaches are inspirational and encouraging. I'm doing the 6 week kickstart and it's only been 3 weeks if I remember correctly. I'm mentally, physically, emotionally stronger and find myself more happy everyday. Oh! I can't forget the SISTERHOOD they have there. The atmosphere is loving and welcoming. (This is the best part for me) they have hair dryers and close-up mirrors so you can put your makeup back on. Even though I cannot swim, I don't have any balance, and the starts from 4 ft which comes up to my neck up to way over my head. I received a survey asking we what was stopping me from joining and I explained the problems, I hit "submit" and it restarted the last page of the survey. Now I am getting constant phone calls that hang up. I called several times and got a recording that they were going to record the call and then it hung up. I finally reached someone there who told me "it sounds like something is wrong with the phone system. I asked him to take me off the phone list and he said he was unable to do that. I asked for the manager and got Jason. He told me that if I didn't like it I could block their numbers. I drove by the gym and it looked like a dirty ghetto place. I would never go to a place that is so broken and with such rude people.
