Upon arrival, I was impressed with their mat space for their Muay Thai classes and Jiu Jitsu classes. There's a waiting area with chairs, restroom, changing room, and lockers. The instruction was great and the guys/girls in the gym were tough and had good vibes. You'll get good high level rolls, but still friendly vibes during and after. We didn't have a traditional yoga class set up. Instead we did a body love workshop. Our instructor was Jodie and she was very welcoming. There are cubbies and hooks at the back entrance for coats and shoes. In the next room there is seating and tea options should you want something to drink. There is also fresh water you can pour into a cup. The main room is pretty big and 16 of us fit comfortably in a circle. Jodie had us write down negative things we hear, heard or learned over the years that we needed to expel from our life. It was a total cleansing and many of the ladies shed tears as they realized they had things to dispel from their spirits. I plan to come back to check out the actual yoga class and will update the review on that. The room is comfortable, the pillows and rugs we used were good quality. I can see that there were blocks and mats available for use too.
