He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure every person in the room knows what to do and helps with form if necessary and welcomed. Another great perk is access to the locker rooms and saunas. I feel the entire facility is kept clean and organized. I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

With a kid play area, massive indoor and outdoor pools with a slide, I can see why it's so popular. There is a cafe onsite as well as yoga and all the other things you'd expect to see. Friendly service and excellent service. Everywhere I looked, I noticed someone was wiping something down. Lots of parking and tons of lounge seats for people to take a break from their workout or life. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in again when in town.

One of the main reasons to join Lifetime is access to amenities - good luck ever using them here. After three months of unavailability, they then decided it should be closed for over a month for "renovation" - just in time for the holiday break when some camp will likely resume and the court remains off-limits to members. I left a polite note requesting a conversation with management about better scheduling so members can actually use what they're paying for. I also mentioned this to Lifetime corporate. Neither responded. I've since canceled and joined another gym at a tenth of the price. Easily the worst Lifetime location I've experienced. 0/10

Put a couple of spray bottles at the desk with no label on them and no way to wipe the spray off. People are taking them out of the bathrooms which are then leaving the bathrooms with no paper towels. It's both unsanitary and disgusting.

The instructors here are so knowledgeable and really help push you to your fullest potential. They also offer private sessions if you are new to Pilates or looking to have a solo session so you and your body are the main focus. Despite that, the associate responded by asking if I would be the guest. The interaction was surprising and uncomfortable, as it appeared an assumption was made about who held the membership. My guest and I found the comment inappropriate, and it left us questioning whether unconscious bias played a role in the exchange. I believe all members should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism, regardless of their race or appearance. While this may not have been the associate's intention, the experience left a negative impression and is something management should address through staff training and awareness.

One is a woman and the other is the other owner... Craig the hubby :) He is fun and engaging. He makes learning CrossFit fun for the kids. I have one son who is all into activities like these. I have a daughter who is a little over weight, reason we are here, and hates stuff like this; however, she loves this place. They both do!! People here are friendly, fun and serious about their journey. They are great with teaching the kids proper form which was my main concern! And keeping it engaging. Secretly I'm kinda watching the adults too! Their program with their fun coach seems pretty solid also. Love this place. As long as the hours and days work with ours, we will be here for a very long time. Parking is right outside and plentiful! We pay one price which allows us to come 3 times a week!

A gym member pointed at us and told the coach we may need help then she finally turned back around to address us. The vibe was very stuck up and not welcoming. We decided to try the free workout since we were already there. But to top off the bad experiences, the coach (don't remember her name but she was an older woman with short dark hair) was all over my husband l. Kept following him to speak to make convo and giving him extra attention. Pretty shameless and unprofessional. We both felt extremely uncomfortable. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the workout was actually good.
