After removing the panels and looking at the mechanical/plumbing internals, I called Zack once again. I explained the situation and sent him a pic of the area and he walked me thru it and hence NO MORE LEAK. We were then told we "might have time for one round," despite the business being listed as open until 9:00 PM. When I asked why they were closing early, I only received repeated comments that they were a "weather permitting business," even though the weather was perfect. The go-karts also weren't running. Between the confusing hours, lack of communication, and poor customer service, the experience was disappointing. We won't be returning.
