Love the cooperation! Amber answered the first call, and she could not have been more helpful. She did her job of setting things up, and she also talked with me about the problem I was having. I called back a second time, telling her the problem had stopped and I didn't want to waste resources of a service person. She thanked me and gave me directions on something to try, something to avoid, and told me to call back to cancel if that worked. It did! I called back, and Christy (I may not have that correct, my apologies) helped me to cancel the appointment. Great customer service! If needed in the future, I will call again. Thank you!

I said no and needless to say I was out $200 just for the inspection. It's cheaper to take your chances on used appliances.
