Then, one of the staff members claimed I wasn't following their policy and accused me of trespassing. Their only policy seemed to be making us wait. What started as excitement quickly turned into us being treated like criminals. The customer service was terrible. I'm glad I didn't spend any money there, and in just two minutes, they lost $110 from us. I also found out they charge an extra $15 to rent harnesses and shoes, on top of the ticket price. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.

I think they may previously had had some noisy inflatables, but they no longer do. The staff is always super friendly and kind. I have never had a problem with the staff or other parents. I highly recommend Mighty Jungle!
