I was having problems vape, and just by looking at my tank and coil, she knew how to fix it! I also bought one of the in-house juices, blackberry blueberry raspberry menthol. It has definitely become a personal favourite! The only downside, not for me but possibly for others, is that you can't try the juices. However she explained to me that it was also for sanitary reasons, which I believe is a more than valid reason! Can't wait to come back :)

Parking can be a little tricky, so try to come during non-rush hour so you can park outside. Their selection of juice and devices are great and there is always something new to try. They are very knowledgeable about devices as well and so helpful for beginners who might be intimidated by other experiences. The prices are fair and if you buy in volume they will always offer a discount. They are really good at replacing defective coils, and when you switch devices and have extra coils you can always bring them in to trade-in for new ones too. I love that it's always busy here and sort of a meeting spot for avid vapers. Good sampling bar too for trying out new flavors also.

This location is prime & will definitely get a lot of foot traffic coming in. It's close to the busy intersection of Broadway & Cambie Street. It's a bit nutty down here though with the on-going subway line construction expecting to go live in 2026. Many businesses have closed shop due to the heavy subway construction. So I give full kudos to Smoke 2 Snack for having the cojones to open up here today. I was highly impressed by how well stocked up this store was on opening day. A massive variety of snacks are on the floor here - chips, chocolate, cookies, cereal, pop, etcetera. For those into smoking or vaping, you will find this store stocked up to the hilt. Vape products & all kinds of specialized pipes & bongs are available. There's a select stock of special Kicks on sale as well. Due to the subway line construction, there is no parking available nearby. You may have some luck parking a block or two away on the side streets. Think exotic & import with a twist via international flavours when you walk in here.

I took my vape(I had bought there a month priority) I didn't have a paper receipt but had used the 15 points under my partners name, so there is a record, I don't yeah I don't appreciate being taken advantage of, especially because I have a brain injury and my life has been incredibly challenging. I am on disability and my rent is $1000 and on top of that is of my food for the month and my phone bill. I have no idea why people think they can treat me, and other people like that. I find the staff at many shops to be young men who seem very disinterested in their work and certainly not interested in helping a middle aged woman. They aren't particularly knowledgeable (from what I can tell) and seem most interested in my leaving the shop so they can go back to playing on their phone or whatever non customer service task they are dourly attending to. I had the opposite of this experience at Thunderbird. I was immediately greeted when I entered. I appreciated being assisted by a woman. She answered questions and allowed me to take time to sample the scents of many juices so I could find a good, non nicotine flavour. She knew her products and shared that their products are only obtained from reputable suppliers that test their product. I left with 60ml of juice that I can't wait to try. This will be my "go to" place for further juice and vaporizer purchases!
