Love it here they are fast and friendly... And are willing to make the changes necessary for people who can't eat dairy very important for people who can't have it plus almost everything on the menu is delicious

It has a convenient location in this major shopping center. The staff was pleasant, but nothing over the top. They greeted myself and others as we entered. I read the entire menu searching for something to try. There are a lot of options with your typical fruit boosts, etc, etc, for these types of places. I decided on the Rasmanian Devil... and I thought it was okay...very sugary. Just under $5 for the 22oz too. Overall, it was nice, but it won't become a habit of mine. If given the choice here, I'd go to Jamba Juice. Additionally, they seem to have a nice frequent customer program via cell phone number/text messages. Buy 10, get one free.

The girlfriend and I have been doing our new diet since Monday and ive had a few slips but I really want to loose weight so we decided to go to planet smoothie for a meal replacement protein smoothie instead of a big meal . Never had a bad smoothie here I would very much recommended this location

Oh I am just so blessed I stumbled onto this gem of a smoothie place. Strolling around winter garden village tucked in the back corner of the village is this small building attached to what seems like an office building called Planet Smoothie. Now I am quite the smoothie guy and that place has got the hookup with smoothies galore. Now I have been to other smoothie places in the past but this one cuts the cake. Walk in it's a little place similar to any subway chipotle style joint and 100 different smoothie flavors to choose from. There is even a smoothie club you can join to get discounts and after a certain amount of times you get a free one everyone loves free things. I had the featured smoothie the PBJ yea that's right a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich made into a smoothie talk about delicious . Need i say more craving a smoothie get over to planet smoothie it's the king of smoothies

The location is unassuming and completely unpretentious, but the flavor and balance of the bowls they make? I have not been able to find anything like it anywhere else. Being a Miami girly now, I have tried every acai and smoothie bowl spot I can think of, and nothing matches the quality, the flavors, the texture, and the pure excellence of what True Nature puts out. If I were a billionaire, I would scoop up this entire team and bring them to Miami so I could have these bowls every single day. It is one of those places where it doesn't matter where I'm staying in Orlando. I am going out of my way to get there. My go-to is the mango pitaya bowl, and my mouth is literally watering just writing this review because I wish so badly I could be back there having one right now. If you're looking for a healthy sugar fix or a hearty, feel-good start to your day, please go to True Nature. You will not regret it!

Unfortunately, I've noticed a hike in prices. I used to get 1 bowl for around $8 (so total around $17), but now it's closer to $11 for 1 (so $23 after tax for 2). Same quantity & same delicious quality, but a bizarre price increase for sure; no longer feels like my affordable guilty pleasure smh. The owner was really nice last I went in a few years ago about the discontinue of the Butter Pecan Bowl, which I loved as well. I really hope the prices can get back to something more sustainable or perhaps discount deals for customers that buy multiple bowls.

Matcha has officially exploded in the United States, and Saikō has clearly tapped into that culture. They have a really fun menu with creative combinations that go way beyond a basic matcha latte, but what really caught my attention was the Hojicha. I'm calling it now: Matcha was the beginning. Hojicha is coming next. Hojicha is roasted Japanese green tea, and it has a completely different flavor profile from matcha. It's smooth, earthy, nutty and almost toasted, without that grassy quality some people associate with matcha. The one I had at Saikō was absolutely delicious. I also love that they're not treating Japanese tea like a trend that needs to be watered down for everyone. There's some real creativity happening with the flavors and combinations, and the menu is interesting enough that I'd want to come back and work my way through it. The location is definitely unconventional, but there's something kind of cool about watching people play pickleball while you're sitting there drinking Japanese tea. Saikō is one of those places where you can say you discovered it before everyone else did. IYKYK.

I don't make my way over to that area very often, but this place is worth the drive. They have a fun matcha menu with a variety of flavors and combinations. They all sound amazing. I've loved the mango sticky rice matcha in the past. Most recently I tried the pistachio matcha and it was also delish. The staff is always super friendly and offers great recommendations based on your preferences. The cafe area has plenty of seating as well. It's cool that you can watch people play pickleball while you sip on your matcha. The Greenery Creamery also just opened their new location right next door, so I'm sure they'll start to see some increased traffic.

I do think their food is really good, however I don't know if I can fully recommend them basically because of the pricing. This location is in the Horizon West area of Winter Garden, very close to us. You can choose one of their pre selected suggestions or create your own. Everything is made in front of you. I do really enjoy their food, however, last time my wife and I visited, we spent over $40 for 2 salads. No drinks, nothing. It was absolutely crazy! I usually pick one of the suggestions, I really enjoy the Greek bowl. My wife was told awhile ago, to always create her own as it was a better price since she did not want everything in the suggested bowl. Her bowl alone came out to about $27. WHAT! That is the most absurd thing ever and she did not even have that much in the bowl. I do wonder if the person was new, since she got charged for everything. When you create your own it is supposed to come with a protein and some additions, however, she kept ringing and it ended up being $27 with only chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, bacon and parmesan cheese. Their dressing cups are also very small, since we got it to go, we asked for more dressing, CHARGED. If we ate there they would add as much as we want in the bowl for FREE! I mean come on. I just find it highly discouraging when you are trying to order something healthy and have to pay over $27 for lettuce and 6 toppings?! At that point I would rather go to Just Salad or something else. I could make a salad at home with more toppings for much cheaper. I honestly think she got rang up wrong because again, that is her typical bowl and it has never been that much. We did not argue as there was a line. I will say inside is very clean, it's never busy (probably because of the price) and you can get it to go and eat inside. Team members are usually very nice and they are always busy doing something. The only protein that did not look good was the shrimp, kinda raw looking, but everything else is very fresh! They do offer wraps, acai bowls and salads. It is a great concept but their prices have to change. Overall, I do like this place, I just cant get behind their prices.

When I asked what they recommended, they said they hadn't tried anything, and they seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. Still, the food and laid back atmosphere were enough that I'd go back. Updating my review: I went back because I wanted to give them another chance and I brought some friends with me. Honestly, I didn't think the service could get any worse, but somehow it did. When we walked in, the two girls behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. They didn't say hi, didn't come up to the register, nothing. We were the only people there, and I actually had to ask if someone could help us. I asked a few questions about the menu, and they couldn't answer a single one. Not because they were new or didn't know, but because they genuinely didn't seem to care. The whole interaction felt lazy and like we were bothering them just by being there. If I owned this place, I would 100% have some kind of customer service training because these employees truly do not care about the business. What really sucks is we all just moved to the area and were excited because we loved the food and area it's in. But that feeling of being unwanted or like you're inconveniencing someone just by asking them to do their job isn't worth it. After we left, my friends didn't even have words. We all looked at each other like, "What was that?". I felt bad because I picked the place. It's a shame because the food is really good, but there are plenty of other places with the same kind of food where the employees actually make you feel welcome.
