I have been here a few times and where I do think their food is great, I cannot for sure recommend it. This is located in Winter Garden, in the Hamlin area. It is a fast casual salad, sandwich, wrap, acai bowl place. They offer their suggested combos or you can always create your own. I was told to create my own always from an employee as their suggested combos I usually don't want one or two items and want to switch it out. However, last time I visited my create your salad was over $20. I was beyond annoyed. Not sure if the person was new, she did have a tough time ringing it up but she charged me for every little thing. I did not even get a lot of toppings- lettuce, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, bacon and parmesan cheese. Like hardly anything. She charged me for the chicken, she charged me for extra cheese, she charged me for extra dressing. Their dressing since I got it to go was served in the tiniest container so almost forced to get extra. I just find it highly discouraging when you are trying to order something heathy and have to pay over $20 for lettuce and 6 toppings?! Inside is very clean, it is usually never busy, there are some tables inside as well. The team members are usually very nice. Their items look very fresh for the most part. The shrimp did not look that great but I ordered chicken. They do have lots of ovens and such so they are making things there fresh. I have only ever had salads here but they do offer wraps as well. The person behind me in line was ordering 2 wraps and they looked really good. Overall, I do like this place, I just cant get behind their prices. For the same price I could have a full meal or make a ton of salads myself at home. I was very disappointed with how I was charged. My husband ordered one of the suggested salads, which had more toppings than I had and his salad was about $6 cheaper. That's how I know I was overcharged. They do have an app in which I guess you can earn points, Im not sure if I will ever spend enough here to earn anything. However, if you are looking for something fresh and healthy I would say give it a shot, hopefully you have a better experience than me. read more

Beautiful and spacious interior. Very clean inside. Plenty of places to sit, and an endless amount of options and combinations to eat. There are combinations on their menu, but you can always do a create your own and put together anything you want. I went with the chicken bacon ranch, and the only thing I changed was the dressing. I love ranch, but I was super intrigued with their jalapeño green goddess dressing so went with that. The salad was delicious. It looked small but was actually very filling. The seasoning on the blackened chicken thigh was so good. The chicken was definitely my favorite part of the salad. The dressing was really good, although I didn't get much jalapeño from it. They have a good selection of unique drinks to choose from. I don't usually enjoy strawberry flavored things, but the strawberry jalapeño drink was spicy and very refreshing. Whenever I place an online order at this location, my food is never ready when I arrive. I always end up waiting another 10-15 minutes after checking in to get my meal. It's disappointing because it defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. This used to be one of my favorite places, but lately the wait times have become ridiculous. If the order was placed 30 minutes ahead of time, it shouldn't only start getting prepared once I arrive. The last two times I came in, they had to make my bowl completely from scratch after I got there, and a lot of the ingredients weren't even stocked or ready, so employees had to go find and refill them while making my order. I was here for lunch the other day, and I just love to come here for a delicious salad!! I know that ingredients will be fresh in that there will be plenty of options to choose from. I really like that they have the pre-done salads and also make your own (prices are pretty similar between both. It just depends what you want). Also, I have tried their wraps and I love that it's basically the salad of your preference in a tortilla!! Finally made it in here! I've been eyeing this location for awhile l but we live almost 30 minutes away so it wasn't convenient until today. We definitely do not have enough salad restaurants in the area so we were eager to try. I got the southwestern salad. The portion sizes are excellent & filling, which salad isn't always so I was happy with that. I swapped my chicken for the blackened chicken and I'm glad I did because I feel like it would've been not as flavorful without that. The southwest dressing had a lot of tangy flavor. Also, there's a lotttttt of arugula in this. I'd maybe get three bases next time (some romaine thrown in) to break up the arugula flavor. My husband had the regular chicken and was underwhelmed with his teriyaki bowl. The ingredients were all super fresh as you'd expect! Drink selections are not great imo. Pay attention to the allergen labels! There's peanuts where you wouldn't expect them, but there's a QR code so you can look at everything online. Hate, hate, hate the clunky app. Customization is a scrolling nightmare with no way to customize or eliminate protein. Purchasing is also a nightmare with the current "human verification" tool. It spins into oblivion and resets every time. Probably because I refuse to allow it to monitor my location. It is hyper-focused on getting your location, more so than providing an intuitive, easy way to get your order the way you want it. So far, every time I have attempted using it I have to bail from my the app on my phone and default to the web site on my laptop which is such a pain. Good spot for lunch. I came here with family and we walked up to the area to order and there was a girl behind the counter. She didn't greet us or anything. We waited a few mins and she finally acknowledged us. We got a few custom bowls and a few build your own bowls. I was impressed with the generous portions for the kids size. All the times we've been in it's been pretty empty, yet there are multiple people working not really doing anything. Today we went in around 3pm to grab lunch and there were many people working and kind of standing around, yet only one person was willing to help us. I had to wait for the same person to make my bowl that made my partner's bowl, rather than different people helping us. They were out of so many things, which seemed odd, because again they weren't very busy so there should be time to refill. I made the mistake of ordering a build your own because there were so few ingredients that counted towards non-premium I was shocked, especially considering they were out of 3 of the few. It's sad because we did like this place but I just don't know if it's going to last. I took a break from work and met a friend for lunch at Crisp & Green for the first time. I like the modern atmosphere inside; it had a clean look to it. They weren't busy, though, so someone should have been cleaning the dining room tables, emptying trash and dish buckets, straightening chairs, etc. on a regular basis. Crisp & Green lets you choose from their own developed salad/bowl combinations, or you can build your own. I went with the No Prob Cobb. It included spinach, kale, roasted chicken, avocado, local farm egg, bacon, queso fresco, jalapeño, tomatoes, lemon squeeze, and jalapeño green goddess dressing. It was a good choice and tasted good, but probably could have used a bit more dressing or, better still, if they chopped up the lettuce. I used to go to a place called Chopt and they chopped up your salad as fine as you wanted it. You don't need to use as much dressing this way and doesn't have big chunks of lettuce or veggies. So, overall, it was a good experience and I liked their selections, but my salad was $15 and that's a bit out of my price range for lunchtime. Of course, that was one of the priciest salads, but I liked all of the ingredients that were included. I could have built a salad, but it probably would have been even more. They also had fruit drinks, which were only $3, so that wasn't bad. I tried the Strawberry Jalapeno and then refilled with the Pineapple Ginger. Neither were sweet, so they probably didn't add any sugar, but they both tasted pretty good overall. read more

I also tried putting one of the $5 off coupon code in and it said the code was expired? It wasn't, it said that it expired 12/31/23. We all wanted the salads so I just put the order in anyway and picked it up. For the salad I ordered the "Thai & Stop Me", it was so good! It came with shrimp, lettuce, shredded carrots, oranges, peanuts, and this amazing dressing! The salad was 5/5 for me! Extremely delicious! I will definitely be back now that I know about this place. This was my first time at Crispin Greens, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I explained to the team member at the counter that I wanted a smaller portion, and she told me I could order a kid's bowl and select a "No Prob Cobb" salad. Based on her guidance, I proceeded with my order--only to be told at the end that I couldn't do what she just said I could. When I pointed out that this was exactly what I had been told, she shrugged it off and said, "Oh yeah, but that's not the case." She then brought over the manager, who didn't acknowledge the confusion or try to make it right. Instead, the manager refused to honor what the team member had originally said, even though it was clearly a miscommunication on their end--not mine. For a first-time guest, I expected at least a little courtesy or flexibility. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness. I'm someone that's trying to eat healthier in spite of all of the amazing restaurants in our area and usually opt for a salad or frozen meal for my lunches. Crisp & Green is a great option for breakfast or lunch. They have an assortment of salads, açaí bowls, smoothies, and grain bowls. You have the option to choose their selections or build your own. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was given a menu booklet. The restaurant set up reminds me of a subway for salads... with much fresher ingredients. There were so many options and it was great to see my salad being made directly in front of me. The açaí bowls are made in a different area and I ordered that at the register. I usually purchase the prepackaged caesar salads at Publix and they're about $6 each. The salads and açaí bowls at Crisp & Green are around $12 and at least double the size with more variety. I see that as an added plus - I can get a fresh salad that's budget friendly! Another bonus... the person that rang me up let me know they have an app for ordering and a rewards program so I'll be checking that out for next time! read more

Ummm, yeah, it was THAT good! The wife and I had done an afternoon birthday party adventure, and we had eaten breakfast. But it was about 4:30 PM and we were STARVING! Enter Crisp & Green, about three minutes away and looking intriguing. The wife has multiple food allergies, so eating somewhere with cross contamination issues is always a challenge. But being able to build your own salad from the ground up is very simple. The lady behind the counter was careful to wipe everything down and change her gloves, and my wife proceeded to INHALE her salad. Needless to say, mine was gone just as quickly. In person visit: Overall this place was clean, flow of ordering made sense and options for a salad were vast. My complaint: being ignored while standing in line to order. My wife order 1st making her salad down the line with a dedicated helper. I noticed several other employees were working diligently on other orders which I believe to be mobile orders. Now standing at the beginning by myself waiting patiently, again with employees starting where I was at making thier way down building other orders. At this point my wife had to tell the employee who was trying to check her out that no one helped me yet. Worst customer experience ever. Walked in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help. A woman was making plates right in front of us but never said a word. She didn't even look our way and looked like she didn't want to be bothered. Another employee was in the back but never approached us either. Unfortunately, Crisp and Green's marketing deceives you into thinking you're choosing and paying a premium for healthy options for yourself. Then you find out that they use a mix of Canola oil and Vegetable oil in most of their dressings and what they cook the food in. Anyone that would be going here should know how toxic and inflammatory these highly processed oils are for your body.
