Opens Whenever someone shows up, never on time. Then they look at you like you're rude for showing up when the sign says open. Is this every vape shop? I've been to a few and they tend to hire the same general crowd. Bad business practices in my opinion but hey at least they'll sell you some over priced vapes that just make you cough up a lung. read more

I came into this shop for the first time ever and the last time ever this evening. I came to get a flying horse vape that is normally $18 at the chevron near my old apartment complex but here they charged me $26.74 and that was the last of what I had as I suffer from depression, anxiety, insomnia, & PTSD and am homeless having to go from airbnb to airbnb to have a place to sleep. The lady behind the counter picked the vape for me and I purchased it via apple pay. Not even 5 minutes upon me leaving the store I opened the box to power on the vape and see if it works. It powers on but everytime I pressed the button to try to see if it hits it just blinks. I figured it just needed to be charged, so I went back into the store and asked the lady if there was a way I can charge it because normally when it comes out of the box it doesn't need to be charged. She placed it on the charger for 5 minutes, took it off, and all it did was still just blink. I asked her if I could replace it for another one for the same price since this one is clearly faulty and she refused to replace it for me or give me a refund stating "Once you leave the store we cannot do anything about that". I specifically let her know I've never been in this store and no where before you enter the store or around the store does it say this "policy". This store is clearly selling faulty products without offering customers any type of reimbursement or replacement for THEIR items being faulty or broken. Worst experience I've ever had with ANY smoke shop, do not shop here they sell faulty broken items and will just take your money without any type of warranty for THEIR items being broken. From my photos and videos below you can clearly see that it is brand new hasn't been used just powered on and just blinks, place it on the charger just blinks. Do not give your money to this company. The quality of employees and amount of readily available product has drastically decreased over the past five months. The revolving door of employees does nothing to help their case. To that point, currently, one employee sits on her phone and declines to greet and/or help you. I've seen, and listened to, other customers deal with another employee who doesn't know his information about the products he is selling. They seem to struggle with maintaining inventory such as Delta 8 products, whereas other companies do not have this issue. They seem to focus on pushing these new additives which were previously removed from public consumption by the state in 2022. You would be wise to take your business to other stores like Viral Vape and Xhale City. read more

I went to Planet X several times over the past few months to buy their delta-8 cannabis flower. I went prepared with my I.D. the first few times, but they never checked it. The never checked it until today. The sudden change in policy caused me to have to drive across town to get my I.D. because I was not at home when I decided to go. After driving across town and back again, I bought a gram of cannabis. That's right. A gram. After never checking my I.D. over several visits they decided to randomly check it over a STUPID GRAM. Seriously? They didn't offer any compensation for my inconvenience, even though I would have had my I.D. if THEY had EVER checked it before! I bought it, anyway, and went on to say that I generally approve of I.D. policies. Despite that effort at peace, the manager of the store came back at me with some glib remark I didn't appreciate. He didn't have to get involved at all. The employee was already helping me. He just came over to work the cash register as an excuse for being a d*ck. The employee was very nice and I had no problem with her. The store's policy change and the manager's attitude are what prompted me to write this review. The manager was a short guy with short, dark hair in a tight black shirt. This happened between 1 and 3 p.m. on Thursday July 19th 2021. I woke up the next morning with a slight breathing problem. I don't usually have any breathing problems. i won't be going to this "vape" store anymore. read more

It seems like a nice place, I wish I could know more about it. I have tried to reach out to talk to employees multiple times and even asked for a manager to speak to. They never seem to pick up, and always have an excuse as to why they don't answer their online hiring ads. Tried calling for weeks in a row, only to get the same excuse multiple times. read more
