I used to love this place. All of my buddies would come here and always felt welcomed. Recently, I have had a different encounter. I bought a brand new tank and mod about 3 weeks ago and the mod quit working. I was told there was nothing he could do about it. My friends and I have been coming here for years, but definitely recommend a new shop after this last visit. It's unfortunate and the owner would have made his money back that day for the juice and the coils I was going to buy as well. I hope no one has to go through what I've gone through. Truly exceptional customer service at this place. Sherry and Lukas were super friendly but most of all, I was really impressed with how knowledgeable they were about the product. I had initially stopped by to pick up some juice because they are known for their amazing selection of flavors... but I ended up falling in love with a new unit they had on display which had a digital screen and tons of adjustable settings. Lukas set up the whole thing for me, showed me not just how to assemble, operate, and maintain my new fancy SMOK vape, but he also expertly explained what each setting meant and how they relate to one another, customizing my new unit to my exact preferences. I was a new customer but while I was there, many regulars came in and out, they were treated like family and even knew each other by name! I recently purchased a product cost $75.00 and was only 11 days old and it broke and (Randy)the owner would not honor it he blamed it on China not himself he just lost a very valuable customer and he will also lose the customers that I brought to him sorry Randy you're a good guy but don't know how to run a business. Bought my first mod from this place. I felt taken advantage of because I really didn't know anything about it. They sold me a fulty mod that wiggles. He clams that all of them do that and wont let me get a different one within the same week as I bought it. He was really rude and sarcasic to my friend that brought me there in the first place. We both have not gone back. We plan to use ether Vapors Imporium or the new place next to the Hana house. Those guys are actually plesent to work with. read more

From my experience with many different vape shops their juice was subpar. It wasnt bad it just wasnt good either. Ive been here more than a few times and the service is a hit or miss. Sometimes the guy there is extremely friendly and at times entertaining and other times i feel unwanted in the shop. Consistancy is very important in this industry mainly with regards to juice (which is very inconsistant) but i feel customer service should not be excluded from this idealogy. We went here looking for e-cigs in order to quit smoking. The owners sat down with us and let us try as many juices as we wanted. Randy and Sherry were very helpful; and as former smokers, they knew exactly what we would encounter. We had tried the e-cigs from convenience stores before and hated them.
