After providing him proof of the double withdrawal from my account, knowing that he processed it twice, the store manager was adamant that it was my bank's error and he was not crediting my account. So what, yes he was helpful enough to suggest a sale item, which I bought two bottles. Customer service was actually great that day. But refusing for weeks to refund less than $25 left a very bad impression of him and his Olde Towne Bottle Shoppe. My Credit Union has resolved the issue stating: "The error is in the merchant's recordkeeping. He should call his bank and have them track it down. The merchant's bank received the funds twice. The merchant is failing to do his part. We will take a loss in this matter and refund your account today."

Olde Towne Bottle Shoppe does it's part to make sure my home bar is properly stocked. The shop's inventory contains all the usual players, but there are always some interesting and lesser known brands on the packed shelves as well. The owner, Ashok, always points out great deals for me when I'm there, and is knowledgeable of his products. Good selection, good service, good prices.

Well managed, Oman (sp) is super nice and recognizes repeat customers and has a plethora of things in his store including those late night needed household items you run out of at 10 and just don't want to go to publix or kroger. Serving locally for some time, EZ is a standard for the locals . Really like this place. Hard to Find if New to area- pull through Jeffries and keep going to the next building. He's in the corner. We left no problem, we open the milk last night to it being chunky and it having bad oder meaning it had gone bad. The expiration date was July 16th. We came back to the store at 11:30 in the morning to give the milk back in hopes of getting a refund, we walk up to the counter to a guy that was super rude. he gave us attitude and sighed at the fact we didn't want another milk because we didn't want the same issue to happen again. Was looking for specific products which they didn't carry and the person who was working may have been having a bad day. Wanted to post reviews on my visits after my first visit. SECOND REVIEW Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Atmosphere was very comfortable to ask advice on new products and general questions. They sell products for MTL, DL and new pod systems. So something for everyone from - trying to quit the analogs and vape to experienced vapors. Took one star off due to all the liquids offered only went to 6mg, which are generally used for sub ohm vaping. I prefer 12-18mg They do offer a nice selection of salt nic liquids at different strengths and flavors. Have been in a couple of times to pick up supplies when I didn't want to wait for an online order. Will continue to stop in for my vaping products.
