Came here on a trip with my boyfriend and his nephews. Little did I know, I, the 33 year old, would have the most fun. This place lets you be a kid again - I was so anxiously (and deliriously) happy! walked in at 5 requested the full day package. 1.5 hours later they announced our band color i went up front to find out not only did they lump us into someones 11 person group somehow but they charged us the 90 min standard pass when i had requested the full day pass. I clearly pointed at the paper on the counter and said im not sure what ur saying you charged us but are we good to go til 8pm and she said yes. I very clearly asked for the all day pass because we were celebrating my sons bday. So we were charged the wrong pass which could have been rectified but no. then the person at the registers had the audacity to get ghettorific with us then she left and continued walky talky sentences that were rude to the lady left up front where we could clearly here her. we didnt have a problem paying 17 dollars per person but then i asked when do all day passes stop selling the other lady said 530. ok so i wasnt given the package we requested for 2 jumpers from the get go. added to someone elses group no clue who. And the machines stole change which we didnt realize they changed to some kind of card (hence my bank card not working either). so watch what ur charged. we were processed at 5:02 which is before 530 clearly. def used to be a establishment we would frequent but We will not be going back. so on top of all this if u do the math they requested 17 dollars to extend us to 8 pm but if we had been charged correctly originally we wouldve only paid 13 more then what we paid times 2. so then we wouldve been jipped 4 bucks per kid. we even bought shirts and socks and drinks while we were there. 8 bucks doesnt seem like much but the whole situation couldve been avoided by being charged correctly from the entrance. and then when the error was brought to their attention the short skinny caucasion female decided to get all rude and gross. claiming she was "right there when i was rang up" then why didnt u fix it then when the other lady rang us up and i clearly asked for a all day pass? read more

When you first walk in it's a bit confusing on what your first step should be. Signing a waiver is what has to be done before you can pay or redeem a pass. The front desk staff seem to need a bit more training in customer service and explaining the process or any questions that may come up. The socks that must be worn inside are $3 and are reusable. You are also given a color coded wrist band. The color is dependent upon your jump time. There are shoe cubbies that are all open. I didn't see any lockers. So if you have any items of value, don't bring them in. The jumping area is pretty big . There is a certain area reserved just for children 6 and under which I appreciated. The staff that walks the jump area is pretty friendly . They are definitely watching the kids and making sure the paths are clear. The kids and adults inside were quite a different mixture of backgrounds and ages and everyone seemed to get along well. The vibe was pretty upbeat and I think everyone just pretty much wanted to have a good time. Contemporary and older music plays while the kids jump. Very family friendly . I will be back. read more

Just left after all 4 of our kids had an hour jump session. Let me say, we loved our experience! We went on Monday at 1:30 and it was not too busy and the employees were amazing! Every single person we talked to was so helpful and nice. Really hoping they come up with a season pass or monthly pass. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Very good value at Planet3Extreme. Kids had lots of fun and staff were good about safety.

I had a really great time at planet 3 with my friends. When we first walked in we were a bit skeptical because it was literally just a bunch of little kids but it ended up being very fun regardless. The most fun was probably doing tricks in the super jump room. They also had basketball hoops, dodgeball, and a bunch of surprise pits to jump into. The pass we got was $7 a person off of Groupon so it's a great deal for one hour of jumping (keep in mind you have to buy a pair of $3 socks - cash only - for each person jumping). It is much more of a workout than you would expect and I guarantee that you will be sweating much more than you thought you would be. The staff who are in the field seemed very nice, friendly, and accommodating but the front desk staff were the exact opposite. Would have given a 5 star review but the front desk was really bad. read more

I took a four year old on a weekday (near closing) and he had a blast. We had the whole place to ourself. That makes it a lot easier to monitor the little one. He played himself tired and received a little extra time to play. Save your socks for your next visit! read more

Just had my daughters 10th Birthday Party there over the weekend.... let's just say don't waste your money on reserving a room and getting all the "extras" for your child's specIal day. Next time my kids want to come here I will know to just come and jump for an hour or so and leave (have food, ice cream, presents somewhere else!!) the pizza that came with the party package was really good, however I could've saved $300 if i would've just had it at home. I purchased the Legendary Party Package (which is supposed to be the best of the best) Party package came with what was supposed to be our "party host" she didn't have a clue on anything I dont think our "host" even stepped foot in our party room once! seems like the party favors would've been in the room set up for everyone so they could fill their water bottles if wanted but she didn't bring them out til everyone was putting their coats on to leave... I was really dIsappointed there wasn't any balloons and how unorganized I felt it was. WhIle we were there there were several area's blocked off that we were unable to use (rock climbing wall and another area by the how high game) it was definitely not worth our money! It is the best trampling park I have ever Been to it has a lot of things to do it has a trampling that is long so you can do tricks on it

Great place, lots of space (although afternoons get rather busy on weekends). Layout is nice with a good variety of things to do here. I don't recommend more than 2 hours of jump time. I've got 2 hours each time i've been there and myself and the kids (ages 8 & 10) are exhausted after about hour and a half. Reason for removing one star is they desperately need more ventilation/air flow in this place. Just dead stagnant air that is quite humid with everyone breathing hard. Total sweat box. They need some overhead fans or something. Also very little room for anyone to sit to wait for their kids to finish jumping. They need more seating for people that are either done or not jumping that are waiting for kids. read more
