When I lived down state, I always brought a book with me, because I knew I would be waiting for some time. In the end, they are truly wonderful family doctors.

I was then called three times. when I spoke to the nurse to let her know that I would not be coming in for a well visit after I was yelled at before, the dr responded in the portal and dismissed me from the practice. I let him know that a simple apology would go a long way and that I would change dr, he said no, if you won't see me for well visit you are dismissed from the practice. I have been a member of this practice for over 30 year. I called the office manager and left a message only to get no answer. it seems they are more concerned with collecting a copay for a well visit than keeping patients.

I was even in my doctors office when they faxed it and they continue to tell me they don't have it. It only pertains to narcotic medication's and they continue to lie. My doctor called herself to give authorization, and they continue to say they haven't received it. I've been taking this medication for seven years. A prescription is the best authorization that you can give if a doctor is right in that prescription. I can't wait to sign up with another company because this company is no good.
