Love this place. Helped get a few stray cats neuter and spayed. They are very inexpensive and I was able to keep one of the kittens. They are doing a wonderful job keeping animals healthy and to stop over population of felines. read more

I wasn't allowed to give them no stars. Absolutely horrific experience here. I took my rescue dog to get spayed. That was it. I did not authorize any other procedures. The appointment was arranged by our Rescue and this clinic was notified by the rescue of the issues that we were treating with our own Veterinarian and the medications that she was currently on. I waited more than an hour just to check her in. MORE THAN AN HOUR. I left her there with instructions to return by 4pm that day to pick her up. That was just before 10am. I received a call from my Rescue at 3:30pm stating that they didn't do the spay because of her skin condition (again, being treated by my own Vet). 5 1/2 hours after I dropped her off? They should have known well before 5 1/2 hours that they were not going to do the procedure and should have called me or the Rescue to let us know. That would have been fine. Not 5 1/2 hours later. They bring my sweet dog to me and she is visibly trembling and cowering away from this Assistant. I took my dog and held her and asked what on earth had they done to her! She explained that they didn't do the spay but did a skin and ear cytology along with a Schirmer tear test. NONE OF WHICH WAS AUTHORIZED BY ME - THE OWNER - OR THE RESCUE. They tortured my dog, mutilated her and terrified her. I asked to speak with a manager. This horrible woman came into the room already poised for fight. I asked why I wasn't called to let me know that the spay wasn't going to happen and why they performed these procedures without consent. SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. Seriously? Of course, I completely lost my temper with her horrible customer service skills, grabbed the records from the day and took my sweet girl to MY Vet. A qualified, caring, ethical professional. Do not take your pets here. Absolutely worst chop shop ever. read more

They did a wonderful job of spaying our little Chihuahua! They treated her wonderful and the scar was minimal, can't hardly even tell except for the green tattoo. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the check out was very very slow. But the staff seems to really care for the animals. read more
