Bought a tree from them with a gift certificate my employer gave me as a retirement gift. I found a tree I really liked but wanted to pay for it to be planted. First off they didn't know how to handle the gift certificate for a tree that was going to be planted to their outside contractor. When they figured that out, then they could not tell me how much it would cost to have it planted. For anyone wanting a tree planted that you buy from Plantscape please be advised that I ended up paying more for the planting than I did for the tree. In addition the the $135 labor fee for 30 minutes work, they also charged $148 delivery fee for the 5 minutes I am away from Plantscape. I will not be doing business with them again because they should know all the fees that their contractor they use is going to charge. read more
