This family is the pinnacle of good people, and I applaud them pulling their sponsorship of the Du Quoin State Fair. So I contacted Brandon at Wild Dave's about my Gravley mower possibly having a blown head gasket…read moreand asked about what it would cost to repair. Brandon told me about $75.00 or so ,I was assuming per side ,which was fine. I then asked about worse case scenario a complete rebuild. I was told $800.00 give or take which was also fine .This process was to take about 2 weeks barring the holiday and off days. Fast forward to today about 3 weeks later. I go to get the mower because I was told it was done. Brandon told me the mower runs but still leaks oil so they had called Kohler for tech support on the issue, Kohler says possible warped head. I go pay the lady inside,she told me Brandon was going to get the mower. Brandon brought the mower around and loaded it on the trailer. I looked and the front tire that was flat and the bead was broken. I asked about the tire and Brandon told me to pull the mower over and he would air it up. I finished strapping the mower and left. I didnt even get a thank you for your bussiness from either one. I get home and unload the mower and it didnt have anymore power than it went to the shop for. So basically I got head gaskets and a muffler for $800.00 I left a review about the service received. Brandon was not happy about the review and told me since I left the review there was nothing he could do!! I was and am still pissed. I will never go to or reccomend this place for anything. $800.00 to take a busted mower to get fixed and leave with a busted mower same issues? Brandon also hung up on me also so the customer service is horrible as well. I understand making money and not being able to please everyone, He said they went through the motor and it took 6 hours labor but they didnt check ti see if the head was warped ?? I am no mechanic but I can guess at what's wrong and just randomly change parts until I get it right. Being a dealer and "repair shop"" Was the only reason I went there. Never again

First off they didn't know how to handle the gift certificate for a tree that was going to be planted to their outside contractor. When they figured that out, then they could not tell me how much it would cost to have it planted. For anyone wanting a tree planted that you buy from Plantscape please be advised that I ended up paying more for the planting than I did for the tree. In addition the the $135 labor fee for 30 minutes work, they also charged $148 delivery fee for the 5 minutes I am away from Plantscape. I will not be doing business with them again because they should know all the fees that their contractor they use is going to charge.

They…read moreseem to have a wide assortment of parts on hand whenever I need it for my Kubota side by side or ZTR. If you wait until the mowing season, you can expect a longer wait time for service. Don't be one of those people and complain about the wait. Still, turnover times are better than other shops. I cant comment too much on the sales side, other than they seemed knowledgeable and never pushy as I kicked some ZTR tires. I've been coming here for years and have NEVER had a bad experience.

The 3 pieces sectional was BEAUTIFUL in the store, but not nearly as beauiful…read moreas it is now, sitting in MY livingroom...... .I found it in (probably) less than 5 minutes, which still amases me. I've been store shoppng, online shopping, for months now. I knew what I wanted, but no pace had it..... That was........until yesterday....... Everyone is sooooo nice & sooooooo helpful. They stood there smiling, as I yammered away about the remodeling that we are in the middle of..........(Bless Them Both.......lol). The lady that was there, gave me a GREAT 'set up' idea, for my new sectional, which helped me out ALOT!!!!!! Then I found the perfect bedroom set for my 4 year old son.......... *****BASEBALL****** It is so cute, but not toooooo cute & they also had a ' baseball chair & footstool'. The great thing about this bedroom set is- It will grow with him- I'm thinking that I'll pay my 10% deposit/down payment, sometime @ the end of next week, put it all on layaway, then I still have 60 days to pay it off.............. Oh, did I mention that just about everything that I looked @, was priced reasonable & they do deliver. I don't want to forget those SUPER nice delivery men (Bob & John). They came out in this 'flood', to bring me my livingroom suit. They never acted like it bothered them at all. They helped us navigate Illinois' onerous FOID requirements and had our guns waiting after the IL delay period. They also held back 9 mm ammo for also after there was a run on ammo with the covid pandemic and summer rioting to ensure we had ammo after buying the guns. I had previously tried to buy the guns at Gander Mountain and I waited over an hour for one person to wait on me who was not nearly as knowledgable and the prices were significantly higher at Gander Mountain even with the Sam's Club discount there. This is the only place I will buy guns and ammo in Southern Illinois.
