I went in for a consultation for lip filler and i paid $100 beforehand. i was told by the front desk lady TWICE that the $100 would go towards my actual lip filler service. My actual consultation was very vague and short. The p.a was not informative on the filler and kept trying to sell me other services. She quoted me $850 for a full syringe and when i asked about a half syringe, she said they DO NOT SELL .5ml!! Even knowing this, I went through with the actual filler (i should not have). She ends up only using half a syringe which she did not let me know and i was under the impression i bought a full syringe and was told they'd keep my syringe for two weeks so i can add more at my two week checkup if needed, but once I checked out they charged me $550. i was very confused as to why it was so low , and i was later told in the two week check up that i had only bought a half syringe , but i was told they did not sell that!!! So if half a syringe is 550, why didn't they give me my deposit back or just charge me $450 when i did the service? I called and they had no explanation for me and lied to my face saying it went towards the consultation but then offered me $100 in store credit. If they werent lying and the initial $100 went towards the consultation , why would they try to give me the $100 in store credit unless they knew they lied to me earlier !!!! My lips are lumpy and migrated and I only did half a syringe. I called and asked for my deposit back because i was overcharged and DEBBY in the front office lied to me, then said she would speak to her supervisor and call me back about refunding my card. It has been over a week and I never heard back. PLEASE DONT GO HERE! There are so many other places that won't steal your money and leave you with botched lips. I ended up paying $650 for half a syringe, botched lips and bad service. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE PLEASE! So many other places in the area that will give you good service.

I had been at the location once regarding cool sculpting hence I was on their email list. But never looked any further into the location as I thought it was just a tanning salon and did the MedSpa Procedures which were not in my budget. Personally I'm not one to tan. When I received the email about the $20 off, I saw information about Halo Infrared Salt Therapy, Hydration Station and Red Light Therapy in which I became very intrigued. I knew a lot about the health benefits of salt therapy caves as well as benefits of red light but I really began to research in depth online. After further research, I stopped by the location. I received a thorough tour and a breakdown of what everything was. The staff was extremely knowledgeable on every piece of equipment they had & services offered! I've now been going for 2 weeks to say this place is a game changer for someone like myself with chronic health issues is an understatement! I have fibromyalgia, chronic inflammation, anxiety, back & neck issues, severe allergies and a laundry list of other health issues. I find myself with less inflammation. I'm sleeping so much better. My pain has decreased. I am just all around chill/relaxed. Oh and my skin looks AMAZING!! I make an effort to try and go daily.
