I've now had two procedures through this practice, one for minor melanoma removal and most recently a lipoma removal from my back. During my melanoma removal Dr. DeRosier explained the process before, during, and after that was most helpful for my husband and myself not being medical professionals. He took what could have been a scary situation and helped it to feel like a minor procedure and handled the incision with such skill and precision. I have been here few times and have to say that the staff here is on very nice. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and professional - both in person and on the phone they make everything very easy. I definitely want to mention the 2 ladies that I see here specifically because they are fantastic - do not hesitate to make an appointment. First is Kristin who does my injectables (Lip Filler and Dysport). I am not a fan of needles (like they make my heart rate skyrocket) but my vanity gets the best of me so I made an appointment with Kristin and she made the process as comfortable as it could possibly be from Consultation to the actual injections. She is really easy to talk to about what your looking for/goals and so honest about expectations and timelines. I never once felt rushed or had any questions go unanswered - you 100% feel and know your in good hands with her and its nice to feel so confident and trusting in your practitioner. The results from her expertise is amazing, serious confidence booster, she did for my lips what no amount of lip liner and lipstick could do! For Facials I have seen Sharla a couple times and she knocks it out of the park as well. The facial room has awesome music and is very relaxing. The Dermaplanning is amazing (so smooooth!). Sharla is also just so sweet to talk to it makes the time fly. I wish I had found her before my wedding for my facials! I first saw Dr. Rosenberg after my Breast Cancer diagnosis. He and his team are the definition of professional, compassionate and absolutely incredible. I knew immediately he would be handling my surgery. I had a double mastectomy and, honestly, most people would think I just had augmentation. He kept my incisions small and my scarring has been minimal. His staff communicate so well at every step and understand how difficult it is going through BC. They truly treated us like family. We moved a week after my reconstruction to Northern Illinois. When I started having issues with my right side, I contacted him and via phone he was able to start figuring out what was going on. This Dr is amazing. We flew back this week for my revision surgery because there is no one else I trust with my chest. I literally flew across the country because he's that good. He does all the normal Plastic surgeries, I'm sure he's top notch....but he is the ABSOLUTE BEST CHOICE for Breast Reconstruction after Breast Cancer. read more

I reached out to this company over a week ago via website in correspondence with a the surgery coordinator who called me this morning at 7:10am, after my review threatening me with slander, threatening that the surgery company lawyers will get me for slander, demanding I take her name out of this post, respectfully i have(keep in mind this is the only time they have called me was about removing the review, lol) even though her name is on other negative reviews. She also demanded that I remove this post stating it was not true and is in fact true because nobody has called me for any kind of appointment and that is such terrible service. I guess it was a blessing, Thank God. Someone was suppose to reach out after I faxed my paperwork over last week and I have been left hanging. I have since moved on not feeling welcomed or cared for. I went to a previous plastic surgeon in town for my first breast aug and actually went for the consult for this one and he spent an hour with me explaining everything and his reasons behind his recommendation. I did a second consult with Rosenburg and my gut should have told me then, but he was 6000 cheaper. I certainly got that medical service compaired to what I would have received. I went in there with breast even great but it had been 8 years and just wanted a revision with a differ profile and I did have an issue with feeling the bottom of the bag of the implant.. I was very rushed and he didn't explain much I was maybe in there 15-20 mins. My breast are awful. I'm single and don't want to even date... They are uneven and don't look the same size. I went back twice to express my concerns and his answer was I needed a lift and did not want to get one.. I went in with nice breast and left with a mess!!! so a lift is NOT the issue... I would not reccomend him after he is done with your surgery he doesn't care anymore. It's ok because I have before pictures and now... I'm a walking advertisement at the work he does.... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I also do want to note that I have never given a bad review but my life is pretty messed up right now. read more

I have been to the office to see Dr. Rosenberg twice. The entire staff was unprofessional... I arrived from having surgery from another Dr. I was supposed to be put in a room immediately after arrival. When I got there they told me I had no appt. and the Dr. was unavailable. One they figured out I did have an appointment they insisted I pay 1000.00 dollars. I told them my co-pay was 60.00... After several minutes they said I could pay 750.00. I paid it because I had no choice. They turned in my claim to BCBS.. Failed to show my payment... The claim showed my responsibility was 60.00 as I had said. Now the battle has begun to get my 690.00 back. Never ever again will I use this Dr. or group! And will spread the word!! I wonder how many people they have done this to! Insurance fraud for sure and I will not let it go!! They get 1 star only because there is not a negative option! read more

I went for Laser Hair removal from my upper lip,chin,side burns,underarms,full arms. i had 6 sessions each..the LICENSED AESTHETICIAN TOLD ME ITS YAG LASER in the beginning..(YAG was recommended by my Dermatologist) but even in between the sessions the hair grew back...when I asked the AESTHETICIAN she told me that its not YAG..but it could work..I was really annoyed..and by ONE MONTH after the treatment finished..my facial hair and arm hair were completely the SAME as they were before!!!!!! read more

I've been to this practice several times thru the years. I usually request to pay more & see one of the doctors, who give me excellent service. On the 2 occasions I have had to see their nurse, Kristen, for my injections, I have had the same experience. She is cold, fast, doesn't respond to conversation AT ALL, answers questions in short, clipped manner & when I asked for numbing cream for one appointment, she acted like she couldn't be bothered to provide it, then after the numbing cream was on, she began the injections IMMEDIATELY without giving the topical anesthetic time to perform. When I said The Dr usually gives me several minutes for this to numb, she replied It doesn't work any better in 5 minutes than it will now, and gave me a ball to squeeze for "discomfort". The injections were REALLY VERY VERY PAINFUL & she continually told me to hold still. I apologized but she continued to be tense, abrupt & dismissive. If your schedule is too busy to provide basic customer service, it's TOO BUSY. I would be glad to visit this office IF I can see the doctor who was kind & patient, but never again if I have to see this nurse. I won't drop a couple of grand to anyone who refuses to listen or acknowledge me with some small amount of politeness. read more
