Dr. Thomas Korkos performed my breast reduction in January. Obviously I'm still healing but so far, I couldn't be more pleased! I started having neck pain with a rash under my breasts. My first visit with him was very informative and pleasant. I didn't wait long at all and the facility is lovely. I hadn't had physical therapy yet and was informed that insurance would need this (it's rare that they don't have you go through physical therapy first) so our conversation was largely generalized (I thought this at the time but now I know different), but extremely informative. I don't think either of us expected insurance to approve it without the therapy but that's exactly what they did! I set up another appointment to discuss my surgical plan and address a list of questions I drew up. Dr. Korkos and his nurse took time and answered all my questions (however silly). I felt so reassured after this visit I was able to allow myself to look forward to a life without neck pain or a painful rash! I had the surgery at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and it was great great GREAT! His team was so professional but it also wasn't lost on them how nervous I was. They were very attentive to my comfort and I can't say enough about how great that experience was! Obviously I'm still healing, but the neck pain I had was gone immediately! Anyone who has constant discomfort knows what a gift that is! It took me a few days to get used to the smaller size. Understand, I've been large-breasted my whole life so the change was a little strange...at first. Now I love them! Not only are they proportionate, but darnit they're cute! I haven't had cute breasts in a looong time! So yes, there's a bit of a self esteem booster in there too. That being said...having stitches in your nipples is no picnic, but I'm on cloud nine about how I'm feeling and how they look. Even though I slightly resemble Frankenstein's monster at the moment (stitches urgh!!) I'm over the moon. My husband approves as well (wink). read more

From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and accommodating. No judgment. The very first consultation was better than the few other places I checked out and gave me hope and the confidence I needed to move forward with something as life changing as plastic surgery. Not only was the price just right but they have financing available for those who need it. On surgery day I went in knowing exactly how everything was going to happen. I had a little anxiety because I've never had any type of surgery before but everything was perfect. Anesthesiologist was great nurses and of course the doctor. On day 2 post-op I got to see my new breasts for the first time and they were incredible. They were the size and shape I had always wanted. I'm now about 7 weeks post-op and they just keep looking better and better as time goes by. I dont understand why the two previous reviews are so nasty.. These people are literally there to help us feel good about ourselves and do it in a safe way thats in our best interest and in my experience Dr.korkos did that and then some.I have a confidence I've never had before. I had a great time while I was there! All the doctors and staff were very nice to me. The doctors were knowledgable of what I wanted and even added their own suggestions for future procedures. I have gone back periodically for further skin care. Dr. Tom has done so well even with my family. After hearing my experience, I had a good friend from Florida fly up for a neck-lift, and, within days, she was able to do what she wanted again, including check out the sights of Milwaukee. Dr. Tom stayed in contact with her throughout the recovery process to ensure the best results, and she was able to fly on time back to Florida. My cousin, who flew in from California, had a similar experience when she had a breast augmentation where Dr. Tom ensured that she was fully recovered and insured that, should something go amiss, he would cater to her (it didn't). It really comforted her, considering that she wasn't sure in the beginning. After, she didn't regret it. He made sure they had unique, individually-catered experiences that ended with BOTH telling others of their fantastic experience. Just know that the offices of PSA are quaint yet modern, and the doctors and people there treat you as you would hope to be treated - like a person with unique needs and experience. I have nothing but great things to say about "Dr. TOM". I had gone in for a second opinion on a referral from my girlfriend. She had a tummy tuck done by him after her twins were born. She looks AWESOME in her swimsuit, so I wanted the same. I was anxious when I went in for consult, but he is so nice and thorough-I knew I was going to do this with him. I experienced little discomfort afterwards but I did have some bleeding that was concerning. I called his office after hours and Dr. Tom got back to me right away. He immediately saw me in his office and everything was fine. But I was so comforted by his compassion and attention. I look great today! I feel great! Im so happy with the whole experience that I am now going in for regular skin care. I can also recommend a HALO now for your face. It feels a little hot for a day after the laser treatment, but my skin looks fantastic day in day out-like really really smooth and no blemishes. Dr. Tom Korkos is the best plastic surgeon ever. I had 3 surgeries with him and I'm very pleased with my results. After I had my second child I was very unhappy with my body and i would be caught dead naked, not even in front of my husband until I went to plastic surgery associate. I had a breast reduction in 2011, tummy tuck 2012 and now circumferential thigh, flank and liposuction of my abdomen 2/18/2015. Dr. Korkos has given me my confidence back. I love this man. Every time I look in the mirror I have to cry, these are not sad tears these are tears of joy. I finally can wear anything I want in 14 years. I saw Dr Tom for a breast augmentation in summer of 2012. At first I was a little uneasy about the surgery but after talking it through with Dr. Korkos I was reassured that things would go smoothly and my nerves were calmed. My biggest fear was waking up looking huge and fake, but thanks to Dr. Korkos that nightmare never became a reality. I couldn't be more pleased with the results from my surgery, my breasts look and feel natural and are the exact size I wanted. They look so real that people are often in disbelief when they find out I've had a procedure done. My scars were minimal to begin with and have since completely disappeared. Dr. Korkos set me up with clear expectations for recovery and everything went smoothly and as expected. My wife was familiar with Dr. Thomas Korkos because of her work experiences. I have to say that his degree of care and understanding for my condition was above the ordinary. He explained the procedure I was to undergo, the pros and cons of the procedure, and the followup necessary to have the best outcome. If there were ever a perfectionist in the medical world, Dr. Korkos is that person. His office staff was attentive to my every need and were able to accommodate anything I have required. I am very fearful of doctors and surgery and hospitals but this man put me at ease and made me feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I needed spinal anesthesia for the surgery and he kept me informed in every aspect of the procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Korkos and his staff to family and friends, you bet I would. Dr. Korkos is caring, compassionate, responsive, thourough, and perfectionistic. I have been a patient at plastic surgery associates for five years, and have always been satisfied. I do not understand the issue with this site. Under the heading of "currently not recommended reviews" are many which rate him 5/5, yet the only two reviews included in his overall rating are 1/5. What is going on here!!! My most recent surgery is a BL/BA. Dr Korkos listened carefully to what I wanted, and my result are perfect. He has carefully monitored me on a weekly basis, and his nurse Melissa is available to answer question at any times. On two occasions I have been brought into the office on a same day basis to address concerns. My care has been excellent. I am not charged for extra visits or procedures. PS. I recently visited PSA for a HydraFacial with Abby. It was like nothing I ever expected. Abby made it a very comfortable and relaxing experience. My results afterwards were tremendous! I have told my friends, family and co-workers about the HydraFacial and PSA and recommend to all! From the moment you walk in until you leave, the service is spectacular! Over 10 years ago I was in a motorcycle accident and Dr. Korkos did my rhinoplasty as well as my lip that had been split up to my nose. He's beyond wonderful and fabulous at his job! All these negative comments make no sense. I went in, and my experience was FAR more pleasant than they make it out to me. Don't let them stop you from setting up a consult. Of all the doctors I had consults with, Dr. Tom was the best! All the other doctors I saw treated me like I was another job, but not Tom. Dr. Korkos gave me a realistic idea of what we were going to do, how we were going to do it, and treated me very kindly along the way. My tummy-tuck went SUPER smoothly, and I haven't looked this good in my yoga pants in a LONG time. Dr. Thomas G. Korkos is an absolute QUACK. HE IS CRUEL INSENSITIVE AND MOCKINGLY RUDE! Never got off his seat to examine me and, without my records said nothing could be done. He humiliates, insultes, and won't allow you to even talk then walks out of the room without as much as a goodbye.
