I was at how natural their nails look. Nice thin natural looking nails. I did a manicure and a pedicure gel polish on both and they too look amazing. I cannot remember who did the two girls, but Christian did mine and the pedicure that he gave me was the best pedicure I have ever had in my life. I definitely recommend. I have found our new nail salon as long as this continue! I would also like to add when I got my pedicure all tools used that touched my feet where packaged and sealed.He opens them right in front of me. I LOVED THAT. Everything was so clean. No bouncing around from one person to the other touching one customer going to the next coming back to you. Each worker stayed with you working on just you from start to finish. The massage Christian gave me on my pedicure was so relaxing and very much needed. I will request him every time I go in.

But he began on my nails and he told me to take my time deciding. He asked what I was looking for nail-wise, and helped me pick out colors/nail shape based on my description of what I wanted. He put FIVE coats of gel polish on my nails to ensure they looked how I wanted. I am so impressed and would definitely recommend. I'll 100% be going back for my next fill! Since then, I have not been able to get back in for a fill-in. Chloe called me to change my appointment which we did. Then I got a text message 20 minutes before my appointment that it had been canceled. I have called multiple times trying to speak with Chloe. The person answering was nice when I called but no one called me back to tell me why this was happening. So yesterday I tried one more time. I made an appointment online for today at 10 AM and at 9:30 I have a text message saying that my appointment has been denied. What is happening? Not a professional way of running a business!

I took my daughter into Selah to have her hair done by Kassidy. It was my daughter's first time…read morehaving the salon experience and she was excited. The hairstylist was not friendly by any means. I dismissed that, thinking maybe she just wasn't very social. We discussed that we wanted a partial highlight and cut. When the time came close to the end of the cut the other staff were in a hurry to get out so they were placing tickets for each-other to help. When asked by her team member what needed to be added to the ticket she responded, " foil and cut". The other team member asked "full foil?". And She responded "yes". When I questioned her about full instead of partial because we said partial at the beginning of the appointment and i watched her foil only the top of my daughter's head she simply responded "we ring it up as full in the computer". Needless to say I was overcharged. I personally see another stylist there and have had the same partial and cut service and was not charged for a full foil, and my stylist is a higher level stylist as well. I love my gal at Selah and have recommended family and friends to go there as well not just for hair but for the spa as well so I'm very disappointed about what happened and would not recommend this specific stylist.
