I called and called and called and she never answered my calls or returned them. It wasnt until after a few times of contacting the salon directly did I get any response out of her. After I scheduled (she did honor the groupon even though at this point it had expired) she canceled on me the morning of and i had to reschedule. When I finally DID get my haircut she cut off about 3 inches more than what I asked for and did not give me the style I requested (I showed her multiple photos and described the cut a dozen times.) even after I asked her to restyle it. There is a huge chunk of hair cut out of the right side and everything is uneven. I am forced to wear it curly everyday to hide the bad cut. Its too bad I got this stylist. Im sure Eclips has other stylist that would have been much better, but since I had such a terrible experience I would never go back and neither would my friends and family. If this is the employees they hire, I woudn't take a chance on it.
