I went to Michelle for a root color correct, she was super friendly and very easy to talk to…read more Unfortunately after having bleach foils in my hair for over 2 hours I left with hand fulls of my hair falling out. Michelle offered to pay for products to help the damage but told me not to brush my hair or it would continue to fall out and break off. I picked up the product she ordered from the local beauty supply, she told me to go home and apply it myself because she was scared to do anything more. I went home and read the product label, realized it was not the correct product for my situation, I told Michelle and she said she would order correct product and I could pick it up the next day. I went to pick up product for the second time and the professionals at the beauty's supply store said the product Michelle ordered would not do the job, they were completely shocked at the condition of my hair and said that bleach should not have been left in my hair longer then 40 min. They sent me home with what they all thought would be best. Michelle then proceeded to text me saying she was sorry for my hair but if I wanted her to fix it I would have to pay for it because "NO hairstylist" would provide the service she provided me with for free and I had already put her out $300 she also told me she did nothing wrong and my hair was just too damaged to start with. Mind you when I left her salon my hair was wet,falling out in handfuls, completely damaged to the point of not being able to brush it, she was very apologetic and told me she wouldn't charge me, still I left an $80 tip to cover the $30 of repair product and $50 for her time. Only to be told the next day that if I want it fixed I will have to pay more. I have seen beautiful pictures of Michelle's work, unfortunately my experience was not as successful and my hair is permanently damaged and falling out in patches. I understand mistakes happen and hair color is a science, but when damage is done it should be made rite.

I called and called and called and she never answered my calls or returned them. It wasnt until after a few times of contacting the salon directly did I get any response out of her. After I scheduled (she did honor the groupon even though at this point it had expired) she canceled on me the morning of and i had to reschedule. When I finally DID get my haircut she cut off about 3 inches more than what I asked for and did not give me the style I requested (I showed her multiple photos and described the cut a dozen times.) even after I asked her to restyle it. There is a huge chunk of hair cut out of the right side and everything is uneven. I am forced to wear it curly everyday to hide the bad cut. Its too bad I got this stylist. Im sure Eclips has other stylist that would have been much better, but since I had such a terrible experience I would never go back and neither would my friends and family. If this is the employees they hire, I woudn't take a chance on it.
